The property was really nice and clean. Comfortable apartment on a perfect location near the Financial Center. 1 min walk to the Metro station, 24/7 mini market near. Amazing views from the top floors. Easy check in and check out services, pool and gym. Sakthivel was a great host and helpful through out our stay.

The view was absolutely stunning and the pool on the roof with the view over to Burj Khalifa was also amazing + location right next to subway station, but there was no noise at all.

Air con in one or two rooms needs cleaning and was a little musty. Entry key card was old and needed some replacing - it didn't work on the main gate well.

The check in team were very good, and communication was amazing. We arrived at 3AM (ouch) and the check in team was promptly there to assist us. Size of apartment was more than expected. Amenities were better than expected.

Before our scheduled stay, Sakthivel reached out and gave us all the information we needed regarding our stay. Upon arrival, he met us in the lobby and personally escorted us to the apartment. The view from the apartment was amazing, we were given a room at the 48th floor. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. Sakthivel also explained in full detail, the facilities available in the building even where we can get groceries, laundry.. He was so courteous and accomodating that I was even thinking of coming back even though we just arrived. The building was right beside the metro station and was 1 station away from Burj Khalifa which was so convenient. I felt secure as there were guards 24/7 and you cannot just enter if you don't have a pass. We were so comfortable during our stay All in all, as much as I want to keep this gem to myself, I would definitely recommend it.

Though a little outdated, the accommodation had no discernible impact on our stay due to other factors.

It is astonishing how close it is to the Financial Center Metro Station—literally, right next door. After our shopping trip, we can simply head back to the lodging to store the items I purchased before moving on. Just around the corner is a minimarket that is open 24/7. Advice: We should buy some snacks or drinking water here first to avoid paying exorbitant prices in the tourist area. Mr. Sakthivel is an incredibly amazing host. He provided us with access to all the necessary information prior to our arrival. If we just give him a quarter of an hour's notice, he will wait for us in the lobby. Check-in was very simple. He gave us a unit at the 49th floor with a stunning view after I asked for the highest floor. The team led by Mr. Sakthivel also resides in the same building. In a matter of minutes, he can be reached with ease in case we require help. He always has a smile on his face, which makes you happy when you talk to him. He also provides daily assistance, which is a fantastic value addition. Additionally, he assisted us in scheduling a car for early morning travel to the airport so that we would not have to worry about paying a hefty fare to the driver. It is highly recommended to stay here whenever you are in Dubai. Extremely easy, hassle-free, cozy, and the host helps you feel secure while visiting a foreign country.

Very nice apartment, clean and beautiful and has nice facilities like swimming pool and gym and with security entry, it’s located very central all the visiting spots quiet close to the building with nice view of the city, shops restaurants and terraces very close to the building and the shops is 3 meters away and open 24/7 There is a train station and taxi station just on the back of the building!

Perfect place to stay in Dubai. Just beside metro and 1 station away from burj khalifa and museum of the future. The entire apartment is the same in the pictures shown.big and spacious room. Well functioning kitchen with big fridge. Fast wifi connection. Everything u need to relax after tiring tour. Mr Sakthivel is an amazing host 💯

the WC and shower need a renovation and handy shower to be added with new bathtub or replace it by a walking shower - no windows to refresh the appartment

Our stay was really comfortable, location was perfect just steps away from the tower, coffee shops around for a quick breakfast before heading to the world trade center , one metro stop distance from the WTC, and mostly the welcoming and assistance by Sakhtivel who is very professional, helpful and always smiley.However it would be great to rethink the shower area and add to it a handle shower. would come again for sure !

Very cooperative and helpful staff apart from good location. Special thanks to Mr Saktivel and Mr Anishlin. They made sure our stay was wonderful. Parking access was tight but if you follow instructions by Sakthivel to drive, it’s absolutely ok. They were too nice to give us best parking slot. Apartment was mazing with beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. House keeping was free and done without hassle. Apartment is big with 3 bedrooms and can easily accommodate 6 adults. For kids we didn’t need access cards. Location wise just 5 mins drive to dubai mall, 24 hrs grocery with home delivery and strabucks was a bonus. Checkin/checkout was very brisk and troublefree. Will visit again.
