I booked this hotel in order to enjoy the waterpark with my 6yo son. Unfortunately, the slides in the waterpark was under maintenance, with no in advance notification. It was really disappointing especially beacuse we choose the hotel for the waterpark and paid more compared to other optios we have in order to enjoy the included waterpark. There was no relevant alternative by the staff (waterpark alternative), the only thing they were willing to give us is a one night dinner or a bottle of wine, which does not answer the need.... we chose the dinner not pleasantly. when we entered the dinning at evening, it wasn't noted that we are eligible to enter free, they needed to double check with the reception. Another thing is it wasn't noted in our file that we are checking out late, although it was prior approved. We should have come to the reception twice and show email that prove it in order to get the late check out.

The hotel is spotless, facilities are new and well maintained. The room is spacious and bed so comfortable. Also, Kindness of concierge staff was beyond expectations. Breakfast was varied and good quality, loved the fresh juice bar. My son loved the kids zone.

More hammocks on the beach as there was only one available to use. My girls didn't get a chance to use it. Earlier access to steam/ sauna area.

The breakfast was great offering alot of variety. The pools were great and the beach was lovely.

Beautiful Hotel, the room was spacious, clean and have all the amenities that you need. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast and food in the restaurants and main dining halls was in good quality and varied. The waterpark and the kids club is wonderful for the kids. The staff in the hotel are great and very helpful, at the pools, in the dinning room and in the house care. The reception clarks was also very helpful with any request and especially with arranging and modifying the room to suit our needs (Due to booking.com recommendation for the wrong type of room).

The staff were great, the facilities were nice and everything was wonderful. The water park is on the smaller side but understandable for a hotel.

The staff are fantastic! really helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed our family holiday at the Westin. The food and service was 10/10. The water park was an added bonus that the kids loved. The beds and bed linen were luxury and absolutely spotlessly clean. The pool staff did an amazing job looking after guests especially as it was so hot too. They work incredibly hard. Thank you to all the team for a great vacation.

We had all inclusive package, but thats not mean that you will go dor ala carte restaurants( like Baba, en suir, Brusola ) and eat everything. If you want better steaks or smth you need to pay extra. But the variety of food and how many was there it was fully enough for our holidays.

Very kind personal, beatiful views from room balcony( booked room with sea view), tasty food, clean hotel teritory, good aquapark(tickects was included) it was fully enough for 5years son. Very kind and helpful lifeguards in aquapark! Many pools its enough for adults and kids( there is zone only for adult). Receptionist work is perfect, pool bar personal super!

The smell of paint in the hotel was not pleasant also I did not feel comfortable with the beds. However maybe due to my preferences that I do not like to sleep away from my home.

I like most the friendly staff and also the jungle water park. I liked alot the half board offer which give us the variety of choices to select between many resturants. The breakfast is a wold class at Mina Kitchen resturant. We had dinner at Fish Travera and El Sur resturants were delicious and fantastic

Everything is amazing about this resort. It was my first experience and it was a trip for kids to enjoy the water park and celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I was upgraded to a nice room with sea view and extra bed for free. They went beyond my expectations and brought a cake 🍰 and balloons 🎈 to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Will definitely consider The Westin dubai Mina Dubai every time a come to dubai.
