bed was uncomfortable- too hard. Our kids were sleeping on roll away beds and those beds were way more comfortable than the main king bed. Pillows were too high. i could not find pillow menu in the room either for lower pillow options. Basically, I did not sleep well in any of the 8 nights we stayed in the resort. Pizza restaurant could also have simple pasta choices as it is one of the main restaurants family with young kids go to eat.

The duty manager was amazing. Hotel was sold out and i needed a third room but there was no availability she upgraded us to a suite that fit us all. The pool staff were so attentive we were provided with water and towels all the time. The buffet restaurant did not have what the kids wanted but the chef was amazing and prepared whatever the kids asked for. They took food allergies seriously and prepared everything separately from scratch! Overall the service was great and we enjoyed our two nights will definitely be visiting again.

The breakfast buffet no many options, the attitude of the manger of Mina’s Kitchen when I was going to have a dinner with my family, they checked us in on time not a minute before we were waiting for about 2 hours.

The beach needs cleaning maintenance .

First of all I would like to thank the resort’s staff, they been amazing & professional starting from reception team Nashika , Sergio, Safa & others . Concierge well trained , the staff at the beach and pools including water park being amazingly supportive . Kitchens teams been wow and fast . Some suggestions, Food could be upgraded for better quality cuisine , beach need some cleaning maintenance. I do recommend this wonderful place to everyone and I’m planing already my next stay at the resort. Lovely team thanks

My mother, daughter and I had the pleasure of spending lovely 4-day stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort in Dubail. The location was absolutely beautiful. The staff members from every department were not only professional, and friendly, but went out of their way to anticipate our needs. I felt like royalty. The room was spacious, the beds crispy white. The mattress and pillows so soft and cusheny gave the sense of what it would be to sleep on a cloud. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Everything about the hotel was impeccable. It was clean, stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The choice to eat, Asian, Mexican, Italian was a delectable delight. The staff at each dining hall provided excellent attentive and efficient service. Our stay was unparalleled and pleasant. I plan to return for a visit in the future.

Since they finalized the W, it is very crowded, especially in the pool areas, beach and breakfast. The staff only cleans the leaves in the swimming pools at the end of the day, which means that the pools get a dirty look aspect. The kids club is only opened until 6 pm, which is far too early. The beds in the room are too small. The filtered water that is served everywhere in the resort has a strange taste. There is major construction nearby, making a lot of noise 24 - 7.

We love the swimming pool areas and the integrated waterpark. The executive floor offers amazing services and great views. The variety of restaurants on premise is great.
