We brought just one time a guest after staying for seventeen nights and they Charge for the pool entry 250 Aed although it wasn’t at weekend and the pool was almost empty .

Cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms , The house keeping which clean the rooms properly two times a day . The free Butler service was amazing and the pool area was calm and not crowded with free beds . The atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic

Cot for baby, mattress is very hard and dry. However that's not a big deal since nothing out of this to raise the flag on it.

Breakfast is amazing in terms of varieties and quality, top notch. Services across all employees well trained with high standard of hospitality. Quality in general is number one at St. Regis and very impressed.

My stay was amazing ! From the time my car pulled up outside the hotel to the time I left the hotel to head back to the airport, EVERYTHING was exceptional. I am already planning my next trip to St Regis, the palm. A huge special thanks to Godfrey the doorman, Paul the bellhop and Francesca on the front desk, they are absolutely amazing !

The only thing I did not like was entrance of hotel, but it has nothing to do with hotel, and it is not always like this only on fridays, many people come to roof top pool and restaurant on top floor so it is a bit traffic the entrance of hotel.

We arrived 30 mins before check in time, but Ayman and specially Ms Gular helped us to check in before 3pm. When we were talking about our trip to Dubai I mentioned that we newly married, and Ms Gular sent to our room a gift for us, which made our day and trip special. The room was amazing, it has nice view to palm jumeirah.

What sets it apart St. Regis from any other hotel is the staff. They are well-trained to show passion and are determined to impress residents with their professionalism. For example, when they offered me a welcome drink during check-in, I inquired about its caffeine content. They informed me it was caffeine-free and even remembered my preference the next day during breakfast, offering me decaffeinated coffee without me having to ask. The receptionist had noted my preference during check-in, and the breakfast staff ensured to accommodate it. Additionally, when the breakfast receptionist showed me to my table in the beautiful and spacious breakfast room, I mentioned it was my preferred spot. The next day, the breakfast receptionist had my 'perfect table' reserved for me. During check-out, they even waived the breakfast charges. Furthermore, they offer a WhatsApp butler service for easy communication. These instances are just a few examples of the exceptional service provided by the staff at St. Regis. Unfortunately, I didn't write down all the staff names who impressed me to include them in the compliments. Additionally, I'll certainly consider returning during business trips and colder months, as the lack of a beach may not suit my preferences for leisure travel.

The beds were amazing - so very comfortable ! Beautiful bath and lovely views from the room. We Loved the KYMA beach club too . Breakfast was excellent quality and choice of food was amazing. Location is good - a mall and lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance .

The hotel entrance is very crowded, i took 5 to 10 minutes only to reach the hotel door when i arrived at noon.

Wonderful brand new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. liked the cleanliness and the comfortable, spacious room with its beautiful view over the gulf sea and the palm island. Excellent room amenities. the bed was very comfy that you don't want to wake up, and i even got up late that day. A very positive thing that the room TV is smart, so you can play Youtube or Netflix. Excellent room service, taking care of every detail.
