Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). All hotel settle the amount during the checkout. Moreover the smell of dishes in breakfast buffet was very fishy.

SingaporeThe property is good for visitors, who can visit anything from pools to restaurants for money. Same time it create problems for hotel guests to find sun-beds and sits in the restaurants. Stuff is not well trained, especially those for cleaning and in the pool area. Hostess in restaurants are not always friendly. The hotel, being way more expensive than others around it, is trying to charge you for everything on top of your stay price (for instance, we were asked to pay extra 300USD for pool sun bed while beds in fact were available). Overall, it gives bad impression and I can give 1 out of 10 for hospitality only. Funny golden toothbrushes look ridicules and in fact cheap as well as wallpapered basic coffee machine in the room. And Louise Vuitton inside of the hotel more downgrade it than adds since in Dubai it is on every corner like 7eleven. Overall, good to stay once and forget about it

FranceI thought having to pay to spend time on Cloud 22 pool was a bit unfair . In my opinion it is not as good as Marina Bay Sands in Singapore at that pool is free to use . This hotel is not cheap and guest should be able to book and use for free. Also at adult pool Nobu , we are non smokers and we did not appreciate being close to people who smoke. Smokers should have their own area.

Saudi ArabiaWhilst a pillow menu was available when enquired, it would have been good to have this in the room as the pillows provided were a bit too thick and soft. Also, the hot water in the room never got truly hot and took an age to get through to the shower. Finally, I am not a fan of minibars with the sensory pads that charge your bill every time an item is removed. As we had a baby and needed to store baby food in the minibar fridge, we had to go through the whole process of negotiating with the check out desk that we did not consume anything from the minibar.
Fabulous new addition to Dubai's portfolio. Fantastic facilities and F&B options. Food in all outlets was first class and there was a great selection of restaurants to chose from. Also provided free access to Aquaventure, which was a plus Great offer for UAE residents, made it cheaper and better value for money than any Jumeirah properties,

CanadaI wish the paying guests at the hotel were able to go into some of the beach club without the extra cost. The fact that each bed or lounge chair had a cost associated with it was a bit of a bummer especially after paying such a high room fee, you'd think that some perks or amenities are included in it.
Room and Overall ambiance at the hotel. It had a vibe and it was something new that you do not find anywhere else, in any other hotel. Every staff member was very courteous. And breakfast food choices were impeccable.

United StatesGastronomy servers. We were not asked and served timely with our drinks compared to the rest of the guests. Not sure why? We thought it was our race/color? We were already pissed on the 3rd day the way we were being bypassed from any other guests as we were there 1st but the guests who came after were served their water and coffee 1st. So I went to talk to their teamlead Anna and she apologized and we seen her talking to her staff. Her team seemed anxious about this but they needed it so to keep them on their toes and be more attentive and treat everyone equally. The next day, Anna met us again and guided us to our table and endorsed us to a crew member to continue what service needed to be done. Other than that, Food was excellent! In America “when you see something, say something “ so, speaking up is a great way to improve service I believe. I have left a note to housekeeping, Gastronomy, and the management about other comments and kudos. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. My other observation I sent note to them was the quality of bathroom tissue in our room compared to the hallway bathrooms. I am not a fan of bidet so bathroom tissue is important to me. I buy soft and gentle bathroom tissue brands after trying all the cheapest to averagely priced, so I know the experience of wiping your behind with rough to tough vs. soft and gentle paper quality. We were in room 30668, the bathroom tissue was not a good quality to be honest. Then, just learned that when I went to use the hallway bathroom after breakfast near Gastronomy, the bathroom tissue there was different texture, it was softer. So, why the difference?
The AirPort transfer staff were accommodating and really appreciated the hot towel and bottles of water served, the comfort of the waiting area as well. Then best check in at the hotel. Besoi (misspelled as I wasn’t sure of his name spelling) was the BEST! We were taken cared off very well! He exceeded our expectation! Best artworks and lobby! The scent and shopping were great! Got my new LV bag and sunglasses for my husband.
