Breakfast was delivered to the room as the restaurant was being refurbished. great apartments with living room , bedroom , kitchen and toilet . ideal for families as it has a fully working kitchen with pots and pans , microwave , fridge , washing machine and a hob

Room was not available as indicated in the booking. We waited for a couple of minutes after they prepared it.

Location-wise, it's easilly accessible to all destinations within Abu Dhabi. The staffs are polite and accommodating. Good value for the price.

1-Early check-in was not allowed without an additional fee, even though this was not mentioned during the booking process or when I communicated my arrival time to the host. However, after I spoke with a supervisor, check-in was allowed at 12 noon instead of 2 pm. 2-During the check in process I had to pay 100 AED as deposit, again not mentioned anywhere that has been refunded once I checked out. 3- The bed was also uncomfortable, as the mattress sagged significantly. Furthermore, the room requires updating and better maintenance – it needs a thorough cleaning.

Advance payment for insurance for any broken staff in the room.. Which is take time from to wait until they check... This the first time it face me in booking. Com with this type of hotel... I am not happy with this way..

Valet service. I paid for valet service for the whole length of our stay and when I need my car, they wil just give me the key and tell me where to look for it. How great valet service was that right hahaha. No good. The rooms service, they refill the coffee, tea, creamer and sugar but just scattered it on top of the microwave, what's the use of that small box where I found those things when we arrived. Talk about laziness and efficient work. I am generous when it comes to tip or whatever but never with this kind of service.

Some of the appliances were a bit dated, but they did all work, so not major issues.

We were in transit to break a very long trip, and having stayed at the transit hotel at the airport previously we decided to look for a place in the city, and the Eclipse was truly a very pleasant surprise. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and our choice of a two-bedroom apartment was excellent - we essentially had two interconnection apartments ( one-bedroom and a Studio) with a small kitchenette included in the larger apartment, as well as washing machines in both. The included breakfast (advertised as a "continental breakfast") was brought up to our room in the morning, and again was a really nice surprise! Much more than most traditional continental breakfasts of bread, cereals, beverages, and enough to feed us over twice! Thanks to the amazing staff, and we will definitely look to stay again if/when we pass through Abu Dhabi.

Location of this hotel is great. It is located at the heart of the down town, very close to WTC and Corniche. There are several Mosques, restaurants and parking spots near this hotel.

Knives were dull, and the equipment was old althow functional. Safe was not functional. The Wifi was not perfect.

Staff is very polite and attentive, always ready to help. Good air conditioning. Good beds. Good location.

There is no restaurant suitable for Indian cuisine, had to order from outside. Room service had to be followed up numerous times for cleaning. No parking at site, had to pay extra and is very expensive. Reception is congested and not very attractive. Lifts waiting time was too long and busy most of the time

Cleaning service

Overall was okay I just had an issue with the room I could not well sleep in the night due to bedbugs I had it all over the bed and I even requested the cleaning to double check the room
