The swimming pool is small and shallow. The price of the in roon dining was more than it deserves. 🇸🇦❤️🇮🇳

The staff the staff the staff were perfect including the reception and the housekeeping. The room service was very good and fast. The housekeeping was very fast and on time and they clean more than twice a day. Our flight arrived very early and they gave us very early check in (9 o'clock) for free. And they also gave us late check out. The valet were very kind and friendly. Over all the stay was great.

Breakfast as always was great. Bobby's Dosa and Uthappam was my wife' favorite. Continental breakfast spread was good. Kids loved the porridges. Filter coffee and masala tea was great start of the day. The staff were warm and welcoming.

It is my second time I have stayed at the Taj Dubai, and I have only 1 word - WOW! I don't have enough words to summarize my experience at the Taj hotel. The exceptional Indian hospitality, the wonderful and lavish service and personal, the pleasant environment, the comfortable beds and pillows, the amazing view from the room, the top of the line club lounge and it's hosts (Hardik is the only one I can recall his name but all of the others are also the best of the best), all of those were far and beyond my expectations. Housekeeping came twice a day to ensure that I had everything I needed, that the room is clean and organized, and they checked that there were enough glass water bottles and amenities in the room. The guest relations department treated me with a large piece of cake and fruits on my birthday at my room. Hardik from the club lounge staff served us a piece of cake and coffee as a goodbye present. All those small treatments made my stay amazing. To conclude, I would rate my stay 120 out of 100. Thank you for the wonderful stay, and of course I will come back for my third stay.

Absolutely stunning Hotel with exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. They have a courtesy bus to the Dubai Mall which is very handy. Breakfast was amazing - could not fault anything about the Hotel

We were promised that our room would be cleaned by the time returned from our tour and it wasn’t, but the cleaner immediately apologised and did our room while we waited.

The food and accommodation were perfectly good. The check in and wait staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.

We booked two rooms. One was available at 2pm and the other at 3pm only, so if you are lucky yes you don't wait too long. The coffee machine in the room was a flop not to my liking. No instant coffee available in the room only tea. Some strange percussion music heard outside my window until 11pm daily kinda hypnotic !

I would rate Taj Dubai as one of the finest hotels that I have ever stayed in. I have been traveling for over 40 years now. The staff be it at the reception or at the breakfast area showed such pleasant and pleasing manners that I have never witnessed in any hotel. The rooms were big, a lot more than what I had expected. The view from the window was pleasant not spectacular though. All the amenities were available in the room including plenty of milk, sugar and water. The bathroom was spectacular with individual compartments. The rain shower was heavenly. The in room dining was excellent no complaints at all. However, the entire highlight of my stay was the breakfast. The staff completely spoil you here in a good way. All your needs are taken care. The selections were overflowing. The staff here are the best. They don't rest even for a minute and are always smiling and ready to serve.
