The poor maintenance. One lift only was working properly out of three that we saw.. Within the room the worst experience was the toilet were the drainage was not working properly, water is flooded over the toilet. The house keeping guy camed and wiped it. Instead of sloping towards the drainage it’s actually just opposite towards the room, so the water is getting stuck inside again after the use.

The location , the behavior of staff , mainly we interacted with reception staff as we just checked in late and checked out early. The staff’s were very friendly and service was really appreciated.

Restaurants - less choice of Indian food ..

Hotel was in good location and access to tourist attractions are close by ; Staff were very friendly especially Kaung, Alam , Muskan , Sheila and Sandya from the restaurant side were very courteous and helpful. Hossam from front desk side and Prasad were customer friendly.

We don't like the option for breakfast . The amenities in the studio room it's hard to operate the washing machine and the microwave oven. Bathroom is too small.Cutlery is not clean and only few is there.The pillow is not that good but still ok.The room for my sister in law on main building is not that good their is stinky smell.

The hotel needs some renovation. The pool with the slides is too crowded with kids , the other pool is more like for exercising.

The studio on the ground floor was gd , the balcony view was kind of blocked by the pool slides . The garden was also under maintenance so u cannot see it from the balcony. I would return cause the room was comfy , the location is very gd , the staff are really kind, welcoming and do everything to help. I would like to mention Ramesh at the breakfast for his attention and service and Harsha Shetty the chief concierge for the welcome .

We had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blue during this Eid holidays. Staff Harsha, Sachin, Prasad were very friendly and helpfull, created a family environment for us. The food was good too. The water slide at the kid's pool was a good experience for our daughter. We will definitely visit again .

Overall property needs some renovation, but our room was great!

Staff was great, The duty manager (I believe Mohammed forgive me if I’m wrong) made an upgrade for our family, it was fantastic. Harsha provided a baby crib and helped us along the stay. Food in the buffet was pretty good!

We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but only one kid was booked. We then added the second kids details by paying the extra cost. But during dinner again they mentioned it’s only one child and we had to explain all that happened etc etc . The dustbin in the room on first floor was not cleaned which was used by the previous guests. During dinner the place where we sat was very hot and couldn’t feel the ac. When asked to increase the AC as we were feeling hot. The restaurant waiter says this area does not have AC. So we asked him to shift us to a different table where there was AC. ( found it strange that why they let us sit in a place where there was no AC in the first place). He then comes back to us saying that as the main door was open the AC effect was not strong. ( remember he mentioned earlier that, this area did not have AC ) We had to tell him sternly n remind him on what he said and finally he gave us another table. The food also was not upto my expectations expected. There was sambar in the menu but no idli. The chapatis/Parata were very hard. There were good dishes as well. I had tried a Iftar Buffet from Radisson Blu in Dubai last year and the food was awesome… compared to that I was disappointed. When booking I had mentioned that as it is our first stay in this resort I hope we are taken good care of… but it wasn’t upto the mark.

Overall it was a decent property. Liked the villa. The housekeeping staff were quick to give us water and bedsheet when required. During breakfast, Alam Sandy prepared tea n hot chocolate for the kids and it was a nice gesture.

We had very good experience, we got a free upgrade as the room we originally reserved wasnt available. Rooms are clean with all the required facilities. Housekeeping team is doing great job with instant response to our needs. The bf buffet has a variety of options of vegeterian and non vegterian... spl to mention to Moskn Alam for his services

Bed in Studio room(villa) is not as comfortable as the beds in the hotel rooms(we booked 1 studio and 2 superior rooms). Sofa in studio room needs cleaning. Breakfast selection is fine, but can be improved.

All rooms are clean and spacious. Water bottles are served in the room everyday. Family Pool is temperature controlled Hotel is close to major malls and attractions.
