Limited sockets were available and few were not working but manageable with others.

Apartment located at very nice location closure to beach and local restaurants. It was neat and clean and secure. Apartment Parking space was available. Bit of old style however had all basic facilities needed. Host were very friendly and helpful for sharing information. Checkin and checkout hours are convenient. They were quick to fix our shower upon complain. Overall good stay with family.

The wifi was a bit shaky at times and I had to use my phone as a hot spot. Single beds a little hard, but still ok. TV is small, more like a computer screen, but we were not there to watch TV, so not an issue for us. Would recommend the owner to add a cosy lamp in the living room and on the night table as the bright lights on the ceiling lack romantism ;-) But overall, nothing to complain about.

Very convenient location, close to everything. We had a car, hence the car parking was much appreciated! Very nice and welcoming host. With a room and balcony to the main street, whilst it had no sea or pool views, advantage was, we had sunshine all day on the balcony, which is a great advantage end of October. Good size flat too with elevator! Perfect water pressure on shower versus many places in Spain. There was a power multisocket in the room, which is great when you have to connect different materials. Actually I had brought my own as well, so had two and used them all :-)

Waited a while for person to arrive at reception to check us in even though we notified them and it was in their normal opening hours. Had to ask for cleaning and fresh towels. Booked for 4 adults but 2 beds obviously for children. Had an ant infestation in the bathroom on the last night.

Location is great with loads going on near by. Staff appeared friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast available in restaurant.

The noise. We went pre-season (a week before everything opens) so we expected it to be fairly quiet, we hardly saw anybody at the hotel, however the constant banging and scraping/moving of furniture was relentless. I'm not sure this should be reflected on the hotel itself as it was obviously the guests above us and to the side, but the slightest noise they made reverberated into our room and it was literally every day from 7am until 1am. Maybe the walls and flooring are just super thin, but it was only our only gripe with the stay.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and willing to help. The room was just what you would expect to be honest. A nice touch with the Gas Cooker and Microwave, makes self-catering a lot better.

Pool can be busy at weekends as pool area is open to the public but it was never too busy that we couldn’t get a swim.

Bar and restaurant closed for one day which I thought was strange for August. Beds were hard but surprisingly helped my back.

Friendly staff, any requests such as extra pillows, iron etc were accommodated for and quickly. Great to have the restaurant and bar downstairs.

The staff at their restaurant were polite apart from the lady taking the orders. She was constantly calling me "cariño" which is annoying. 1 example: I asked for 2 slices of toast and she kept telling me that they only do it until 1:30 PM not a minute after. It was almost 2 PM but making 2 slices of toast doesn't take hours. Every time she was coming to take our order, she would have a indolent attitude and behaving as she was doing us a favour and not her job. After eating there 3 times in 8 days, we did not put a step in again.

The owners were polite at all times. The flat is large, beautiful view, and a large terrace. The beds are uncomfortable, the kitchen is really dirty, as well as the bathroom. We always made sure that we wash everything before using anything. Everything is old, very bad maintained but I guess the price is a factor for it. Overall was decent but not something we will book again.
