Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The friendly and helpful staff. My flight arrived in the early morning and I was allowed an early check in and upgraded to an executive room without paying extra. The room has all the necessary toiletries including a tooth brush (sometimes you don't have this in 4 star hotels). The hotel is in the wholesale district of Deira so convenient if you want to shop at the best prices.

For me this hotel is worthy of 5 stars, very well trained staff, very friendly and attentive. Upon arrival I immediately felt at home. The door was held open, suitcases were taken out of the taxi for me. I was called by name. The housekeeping was very good. I received friendly and good help in keeping my room clean by the young man Shahzaib Masood. The hotel smelled very nice during my stay and was very clean. This is definitely worth repeating for me. The reception staff gave me water upon check out to quench my thirst. Worthy of 5 stars!!

The hotel is very close to the metro station, and the staff is Fantastic! Very welcoming and sweet! We even received a room upgrade which was a big surprize! The room is very spacious, clean, the bed was veeery comfortable and big, we had complimentary tea and coffee, which was nice.

all hotel staff without exception. the whole hotel is clean. nothing to say. it's a 2 star hotel but I give it 4 stars despite there being no swimming pool or gym. Close to the metro- Baniyas Metro station 200 m. I was in a hundred hotels, it is one of the best in its category.
