this is not the first time for me at this place, so I know that their furniture is too old (at least since 2015 but still clean)

I didn’t like that there is no way to get into the basement parking without the front desk opening it for you. On one occasion, I had to get out of my car and walk back into the hotel to ask the front desk clerk to open the gate. This was an inconvenience since this area is very congested with restaurants and residential buildings/parking.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the Abu Dhabi city area. The premier suite was just like the pics online, so I was very pleased by this. The price was very reasonable, and in short walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall & many restaurants. I will definitely select this hotel again when I am visiting Abu Dhabi!

There is nothing negative that stood out, as the overall experience was great. The only thing that comes to mind is that some of the equipment in the rooms is fairly old and in our case the shower head broke on the second day. However, we got a replacement almost immediately.

We had a great time at Oaks Liwa Executive Suits. The rooms are very spacious, clean and you have everything you need to feel at home for your stay. The hotel is close to two major shopping malls and several bus stops that get you to all major attractions in the city. It is not in walking distance to any sights though. The Wifi was great, what is very important these days. The biggest compliment goes to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff though. All our requests have always been answered immediately and the staff genuinly seemed to want to create a warm and homely atmosphere for their guests.

The price of staying at the Oaks Liwa Suites seemed a little expensive. The dryer did not work as I expected, so some clothes were still wet when the dryer was done

The suite was quite luxurious, but I paid somewhat of a premium and its location across from the Abu Dhabi Mall was ideal, and the staff was very friendly and the suite was cleaned daily well.

The wooden doors needs to be closed easily. Its stuck sometimes to close the doors in the bathroom and the bedroom. It would be great to have the dishwashing liquid and washing powder to wash the clothes to be available in the room.

The location is near Abu Dhabi Mall, and easy to find the building. Also, we have got the free parking which its fantastic! The room is very spacious and open, we really enjoyed the stay for 10 nights!

I love the location and the facilities that is available in my room. Staff are professional and prompt in attending requests. I also love that there is a korean restuarant in the same hotel and a nearby grocery store. Few meters away there is a mall :)

I love the place.

The location was perfect. It was next to the main road. Bus stop is just almost a hundred yards away. Its a walking distance to Abu Dhabi Mall. It's an Executive Building, so the facility has that executive touch to it. The staff are super helpful. There are small convenient shops all around the building, and its also easier to flag down taxies as well. I would highly reccommend this to any traveller. The apartments are huge and spacious. Comes with a kitchen and washing machine as well. Room is cleaned out every day.

The slow-draining shower plumbing, but it’s not a dealbreaker

I was really happy with the spacious, clean, well-furnished apartment, comfortable bed, good location in close proximity to the Abu Dhabi Mall, good closet space with a flat iron. I didn’t try their breakfast as I had to leave very early the two days I stayed. Staff members were courteous.

Loved it so much. A great value for the money. Room was clean and well maintained. We travel as a family and the hotel provided what we were looking for. It has a kitchen fully equipped with all cooking utensils. We did not do much of cooking, however was quiet usefull to heat up some of the food we took from outside. Each unit has wash/drying machine which saves us all the trouble of dealing with dirty laundry. At the end of the trip we had all our clothes washed and cleaned to return home. Location was perfect, it has a small baqala (mini market) next door for your convinience, walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall, fantastic japanese/korean restaurant at the lobby, shawarma place, many more. They also have underground free parking in case you are coming with your own private/rental vehicle. The gym was great, and I used it twice to burn the extra calories from all the great food we had in Abu Dhabi. Fantastic hotel and will definitely stay here again next time.
