I recently stayed at JA Hotel Lake View during the busy Eid holiday, and I was thoroughly impressed. What I liked most was the breakfast variety, which was excellent. The staff ensured that all stations were always topped up, even during the peak holiday rush. Additionally, having access to the beach and multiple options for swimming pools made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities and the staff's attention to detail truly made for a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The breakfast location is an extension of the lobby itself and tends to get rather overcrowded. The selection of breakfast items is not varied and could do a lot better. Strange policies on providing room service with regards to ice and drinking water, rather weird. Poor swimming pool facilities and services surrounding. Access to beach side was rather laborious and quality of the beach itself is disappointing. In room features can definitely do with an upgrade.

I had booked 2 rooms. In one of the room the music system in the bathroom wasn’t working and also the glass in the bathroom was not changing to clear/mist mode. The food at the restaurant (the sports bar) was below par. Apart from these few shortcomings, the stay was quite enjoyable.

Everything was exceptional. I only hoped that we had the chance to use the entertainer vouchers, it so happened that it was a bit restricted on the day that we checked in. Although, it is totally understandable.

I was very happy with how the ladies at the Reception were very friendly and helpful. We communicated our requests and they delivered in the most exceptional way. This is our 2nd time to visit, and we celebrated my husband's birthday on both stays. They sent us a cake, fruit platter and some balloons - with a handwritten personalized card! We simply could not ask for anything more. We used the buggy service to enjoy the resort... everyone was so friendly and entire place is pretty special! We had breakfast there too, we all loved the experience!

Not being able to get food at the pool was really hard with kids as we had to get dry and go and eat in the restaurant each day. It then feels like you’re wasting time sat inside waiting on the food as service was a little slow in the day time. It seemed at times that the bar was a little short staffed as the wait for drinks could be quite a while.

The property feels very high end and was immaculate throughout. It’s good that guests can travel through the different hotels and take part in the activities of the JA resort hotels. The reception staff and staff around the hotel were great.

Not my first and won’t be my last stay at JA resort. The Lake View hotel has a new clean modern feel to it. The facilities are exceptional, I can never find fault when we stay here. The staff are all wonderfully helpful and the food is always 10/10. Everything you could want is here. Taxi ride into Dubai takes around 15/20 mins depending on where you’re going (this timing is to Dubai Marina)

Mr. Jagadeesh greeted, welcomed and made our stay comfortable. Staff was good and helpful to explain the vast facilities and features available in the location. Buggy transport was useful to see the far off places. Good beach and plenty of swimming pools. Dinner at Indian restaurant was special.

The food was nice but not always great. The ice cream was disgusting. Everything seemed like an extra and costly. At times it felt more like a corporate hotel so maybe staying in one of the other resorts would have been more relaxing and comforting. The location was really out there

Everything is always excellent

We have stayed at The Beach Hotel and Palm View several times as we love them but this was our first time at JA Lake View and it was equally as excellent. We love all of the hotels within JA because the facilities are so good for everyone (adults only or families). It's our absolute favourite hotel in Dubai. The beaches are stunning, the pools are brilliant and the service and staff are very kind. Plus there are plenty of amazing dining options.

It was an amazing stay for us.The rooms were very well maintained and clean. We had a 5 month old baby and the staff helped with a nice crib. The rooms were very spacious also. The splash park was a great experience for our 8 year old son. The lush green atmosphere and natural environment just made it all the more perfect!!
