Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanWe stayed for 4 nights, had breakfast included in our stay, 4 days of having the same food, no variety. Restaurant colleagues are accommodating with our requests but not welcoming. No managers around to check the guests’ needs. Bedroom pillows are too hard, we slept without any pillows as we didn’t bother for them to change it, not a big deal.
Everything was smooth, it was nice, the view was breathtaking.

PolandRestaurant crowded at breakfast time with Russian groups.
My stay at Holiday International coincided with the torrential rains in the Emirates so I was pretty much stuck within the confines of the hotel for 4 days! The city was completely flooded! I was so happy to have chosen this hotel because of the fantastic views and its proximity to the lagoon/promenade which made my "confinement" bearable. I would also like to give a special mention to the bell captain, Julius Mwangi, who helped me enormously with sorting out my Hertz car-pick up, and arranging a transfer to the airport in the middle of night, in these uneasy circumstances. Huge thanks!

OmanThe staff little serious (need to smile with customers), but anyway they are very smooth in check-in & check-out. the swimming pool was under maintenance because of heavy rains last two days. but luckily they advise me to use Marbila hotel swimming pool which is close to the hotel. breakfast was perfect and a lot of choices was there.

United Arab EmiratesThe bathrooms from our rooms were showing signs of age (peeling and stained grout) but overall clean. The hotel is undergoing renovations I think so hopefully these will be resolved soon and anyway, their other facilities more than make up for it.
Location was great! The view was stunning from our balcony. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us free upgrade so we can have a good view of the lagoon. They had good breakfast as well.

United Arab EmiratesThe GYM was closed for renovation, but we were allowed to use the GYM of Marbella hotel that is owned by the same group.
The location of this hotel is very unique alongside Khalid Lake on the beautiful corniche of Sharjah with amazing view for most of the rooms and a lot of services around. The swimming pool is good and the jacuzzi and sauna facilities is perfect and open for free. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, the reception lady Jamaika was very professional and delivered us high standard of customer service. The response for any maintenance requests was very quick.
