Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkExtremely helpful and service minded stuff. Very good room service, housekeeping and resorption. Hotel has good facilities however needs maintenance in the rooms. Breakfast was ok but must be improved. It is not very attractive for European guests and most likely for Indian guests.

cleaning every day - clean, thanks Akash Kumar and Govind. breakfasts are usual, a lot of Indian cuisine for Europeans I would diversify breakfasts (omelette in different versions is made on site, dates, fruit options are few, croissants and buns are monotonous) the pool and gym are open until 6 pm inconveniently, I would like at least until 8-9 pm, because if you work you don't have time. the staff is polite. in the gym Vijaya Kumar will always give you a towel and water, thank you. metro nearby, shopping centers nearby - convenient. price and quality correspond. the furniture is of course old, I would already update the bed and add high and more pillows. the windows in the room open plus. thank you

EgyptTV or Cable channels are very bad and the staff responded they are under maintenance in the whole hotel. If you this is an important issue to you - then you might think for another hotel. No large seating areas in the hotel but it is is Ok.
Location of the hotel is excellent - near the airport, metro station (Al-Riqqa) and many restaurants are nearby. Facilities are ok but unfortunately, TV channels were very bad and a lot of channels are missing. Staff are excellent, very helpful and the room was very clean. Overall, it is an excellent value for money.
