Literally, I liked everything I found in this hotel. I would like to take this chance to give a special thanks to Zahour She was in-charged for my Check in. She was professional, super welcoming, very efficient and knowledgeable about everything in the hotel and she offered me an upgrade as well. Differently I will come back again

No available delivery to the room. But if you feel really bad, team can afford you

It’s quite place, but near the most of famous places. So, it’s possible to recharge after long day. Also extremely kind stuff 🥹🙏🏼 thank you guys to support me in every situation 🙏🏼 if I didn’t like something or I got a problem with needing some support I received it immediately. That’s absolutely fantastic 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 also I am falling in love with high quality of bed suits 🤤👌🏻 like you put your butt in the paradise cloud and finally receive and calm down 😁🤗👌🏻 also here’s available breakfast, and omg I swear of god here’s the most delicious omelette in all city🤝 you know, took a tasty breakfast is the most 🫶🏻 well. For me it’s a best place for take a rest. Thanks for the team for that🤗🫶🏻

Everything was great my only feedback is room AC is somehow weak . But I like it very cold so it's more personal preference

It exceeded my expectations. Conference venue and all other food outlets were fantastic. Zouhra from reception had helped and assisted in making the stay fantastic. I will be back for sure

Not a complaint, merely a comment. The Executive Lounge was closed for renovations. This was not notified upfront. Only after going up and finding it closed were we notified and that we could use the downstairs lounge.

Room was fantastic and huge. Bed was super comfy. Great view over the canal. Breakfast choices were extensive and the croissants and bircher muesli exceptional

Loved everything.

Very professional and friendly staff; we got an upgrade upon check in, early check in and late check out, because we had a late flight from Dubai. Hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious, with a very big bathroom. Very clean and big pool with the beautiful view. Very good breakfast, changing daily; excellent coffee.

One suggestion, you should probably explain to new visitors how the room cooling system works. We did not realise initially that the system only cooled and did not heat. Once this was explained we were able to warm the room up to our preferred temperature by temporarily turning off the cooling system. It also be helpful if the free shuttle to the dubai mall went and came more frequently.

The staff were amazing. Really helpful and friendly. The staff were really happy and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was really spacious and clean. Really tasty breakfast buffet.

Lovely welcome and attention from staff on arrival. Efficient check in Room upgrade and wonderful birthday display in room Good bathroom facilities and all in working order. Very comfortable bed. No noise disturbance Enjoyed dining at the restaurants within the hotel In service room dining was efficient and of good standard. Simple pool. In full sun during the afternoon, but sun shade adequate for a relaxing time on the sun lounger.

Beautiful hotel, great staff. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space. Breakfast was also really good. Location also good. We got a room with a view for the Burj Khalifa and the pool. Great experience!

Across two stays we were unable to adjust the aircon and it was uncomfortably cold. Disappointed that no milk was provided in the rooms. Every hotel or motel we’ve ever stayed at has, as a minimum, some small milk containers.

We havent got the deposit that was taken from the registered card and its been more than a Month now.

The service was great with polite staffs who looked after us well enough during the dubai floods. The hygiene was impeccable with an amazing Breakfast as well.

Satff were so nice and helpful to us, the nice smell in the lobby was amazing, everything was nice and clean, free water every day and also the pool and the gym. We also tried drink at the pool bar - great as well.

Wonderful hospitality, friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness of all staff. Excellent spa, spacious and luxurious room. Delicious, varied and abundant buffet breakfasts. Great restaurants.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff were amazing and the customer service was impeccable from arrival to departure. The Asia Asia restaurant is a must try for dinner or even a casual drink. There are pool towels each day for use, which was super handy. We are already planning another trip to Dubai and will definitely be staying here again. The location is fantastic!!
