I asked salt at The restaurant there and they didn’t help me the second time.

The service was really amazing I live in EU and I never received such of service. I’m impressed and never forget. Special thanks to Priyanshu, the guy working at the reception who was really amazing and tried his best to take care of all our needs. Also thanks to Alissa and John.

Everything was great.

The Grand Heights is placed in a very convenient area, close to the Marina and to the Palm. Studios are spacious, very clean and furnished with everything one can need. The beach club is beautiful. Any person from the staff is wonderful, marvellous always professional, polite, and ready to satisfy any request. Michael was always ready to smile, welcome me and share a chat with me knowing I was travelling alone. I couldn't have desired a better cleaning lady.

The staff is all very nice and accommodating. Gym is very well equipped. The promotion with the beach club included in the rate I bought was amazing and very well organized service. Room was very spacious and cleaned. Location is perfect, walking distance from the metro station Internet City, and in an area where you can find a great selection of dining venues. Will definitely return to this hotel next time.

The TV was set too low and low quality. It didn't have a power outlet nearby to be able to plug in our firestick. The wifi makes you sign in every time you disconnect. And get very slow at times. The included breakfast is not very healthy for you as the healthiest thing you can find is eggs and salad. But they come with processed meat like sausages, bacon and no replacements. Juice provided is canned as well.

The apartments are very spacious. Pritam gave us a great room with lots of sunlight and view on the 15th floor. I wanted a firmer bed and Jai Sankar helped me with it. We also wanted some extra utensils and he provided. We wanted to check out late because of our next stay having a very late check in, Rafiq helped me with it. Jeline and Allissa helped us book a day at the Soluna beach. Overall this hotel was very accommodating to our requests.

The cleaning could be much better. Sometimes they would just come and do the bed. The don’t tidy up the apartment. They do the bed and take the trash out. The bare minimum.
