    Bathrooms are not clean. It was smelly. It just takes some room freshner to get rid of smell bit they don't have it. Lots of flies in it. Shower had very very less pressure. Hallway from lift to room was not clean, smelly and not well lit. Breakfast was bad and served in plastic plates and coffee in plastic cups.

    Location was good You don't get taxi there easily. Uber is best there.

    I asked for water in morning but the staff said i have checkout in afternoon so they did not provided. They do not have Comb in room, bodywash in bathroom

    Some Water leakage in the bathroom. The Mattress was decent. Bedsheets are not always crispy white. Sometimes spots were noticed on bedsheets and towels.

    Friendly staff, always welcoming and helpful! Great location, subway station is nearby, lots of malls and markets. Ghibaiba Bus station is walking distance of the hotel. Took us 30 minutes to get to the beach on a bus 8. La Mer Beach, Mercato Beach are great! Always drinking water was provided in the room. PCR Covid test service was offered at a very reasonable price!

    Bathrooms are smelling, water in shower is too slow to have a good shower, maintenance is not done . There should a supervisor to look into things and guide the cleaning staff

    The bathroom is not in good condition there is a damage when showering the water fills in the area when you step on floor which is not good health wise.

    The staff at the front seat was very accommodative and professional though didn’t take her name. The location is good and not noisy unlike many hotels near road always noisy one can’t sleep well.

    The facilities could be cleaner. I saw some insects in my room, which is not nice.

    Lack of hygeine. We live there for 6 nights but they never changed our bed sheets. Also bed bugs and coacroach were seen in the room.

    Lady receptionist was very helpful. Overall staff were humble.

    We were given a room upon early check-in that was dirty and stinky. We had to request for a change of room and was given a much better and more spacious one. Hotel needs some refurbishment. The ladies at the reception were really nice!!!

    My client battled with payment issues almost throughout the stay

    Dear Grand Nova Management Team, I write with disappointment to convey my dissatisfaction to the hotel's payment handling policy. I recommended and booked Grand Nova Hotel on Booking.com for my client for 5 nights (23rd - 28th October 2021). After she arrived at the hotel, 40,000 Nigerian Naira and some charges (376 naira thereabout) was deducted from my account. I just figured it should be meant for the prepayment. Only for my client to still be told to make full payment that the money was only placed on hold and not deducted from my debit card. Since then, my clients and other colleagues have tried reaching the hotel to notify of this, and we kept on getting the response it wasn't deducted. As we speak now, the money is not in my account and the bank affirmed it was deducted and not just placed on hold. Yet, nothing interesting has been heard from the property.

    The lack of maintenance. Almost everything seems so old. Bedsheets, carpets, towels, bathtubs, etc....

    Breakfast was good. Location is great. The females staff were very friendly and helpful.

    I don't like bathroom water there,, actually they don't have water cooler,, so whenever i visit n try to talk shower water temperature is fully high becoz of weather which one give me prblm always.

    A lot of Rats Breakfast did not have much choice Changed rooms 3 times in one week stay

    The Reception was supportive. The Location was in a busy street Near to prime locations.
