Loved the hotel, it’s close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. You could probably just take a walk there during the colder months. We used taxi but it’s very cheap, and if you’re traveling alone there’s business bay metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Loved it!

The kitchen appliances are old and requires to be change. The Sofa and the bedroom should be upgraded as well.

I am always considering this hotel to stay every year to celebrate my child birthday. What i love about the hotel are the staff itself. They are very accommodating, very good at dealing visitors. Even if we have some visitors, the Staff especially the reception never forget to remind us of their policies and i am glad that they have given me an exception for a Day. I will always choose this Hotel. Actually are visitors are very delighted and surprise that the Hotel is really that accommodating. I recommend those who wanted to celebrate their birthday to choose this hotel. 😍😍😍😍

Crockery and glassware quantities could be improved (six plates but only three bowls, no teaspoons, four glasses). Upon using the washing machine, the kitchen promptly flooded due to a blocked drain. Maintenance and housekeeping were quick to arrive and fix, but judging by the water-damaged cupboards, this was not the first time it had happened!

Amazing view! Lovely spacious apartment, with loads of bathrooms!! Very comfy beds, clean and tidy throughout. Super close to Business Bay metro stop, and only one stop to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall.

Breakfast is pretty empty if you don't come 7:30. Meatless products are quite poor. A/C in my app was soooo noisy! Tried with several modes (low/medium/high), but it worked the same at all levels. Auto mode was turning on and off every half an hour and during the night I had a wake up noise several time.

Location is good, also fitness quite well. Some staff are very unexperienced, while some very helpful. FB manager at the breakfast restaurant is doing his best to cover al disadvantages of the service there.

Could not connect to Netflix on the smart TV. The shower partition glass needs to be wider. Water spills outside.

This is the 2nd stay in the hotel. We like the property since it is close to Business Bay metro and opp to Etihad Coach start/stop point. Convenient to take the Free Etihad Coachto Abu Dhabi Airport. They have good restaurants in the property, 2 supermarkets next door on 24x7 basis and also good & cheap family restaurant nearby. They have a free shuttle bus to Jumeriah Beach. We did not use it.

The location is excellent and is very close to all the attractions . The room was spacious with everything required by us . Amazing view of downtown and Burj Khalifa . The staff is extremely efficient and helpful. Overall a great experience.
