Hotel is easy to find and perfectly located in Terminal A, the staff are super friendly [I remember Rifay & Sasi are wonderful, and literally anyone we interacted with], rooms are clean, bathrooms well stocked with toiletries, AC works perfectly

The price is exorbitantly high and next time I might prefer spending an 8 hour layover inside the airport without opting for an accommodation.

Understanding that we had a kid, the staff gave us a free upgrade which was such a kind gesture. Opt for if you want some real good rest and wanna freshen up taking a bath etc.

The room is excellent but,not 1 mirror in such a large room besides a small one in bathroom is strange since there are no windows,please consider adding some,

The proximity of the hotel is literally inside the transit area right next to the business class lounge(pearl lounge) and there are signs all over,so not sure why other reviews stating cant find it,wifi is excellent and they give you quite a few amenities,shower was hot,as for some stating water goes out just roll the floor mat and make a barrier between shower works fine,no need to cross immigration just exit your plane and walk to hotel and wait till your next flight,room is spacious and very neat and tidy and was worth paying for instead of sitting for a 6 hour layover in the airport,u get a discount as well for pearl lounge access with stay,left airport refreshed,also excellent communication on booking.com from hotel

A soundproof window would have felt less dingy High per hour room rate starting at a minimum of 6 hours It says Extra Large Double Bed on booking.com. The bed is a compact queen size so if you have a kid, opt for the family room, for sure

Very strict about only 6 hours to stay in the room. Should be as normal hotels with timing specifically we are at transit time thereafter I was very limited with my flight times.😡😤😠 Also, there is not other hotels option at the airport, only 1 hotel available.

No USB port to charge the phone. Somewhat surprisingly, the electrical outlets were all local. Fortunately, the staff had a converter onhand.

The bathroom. This was a disaster. Design is shocking. There appears to be no slope on the shower floor to divert the water to the drain. Secondly there is no door on the shower, so water goes everywhere. I had to roll up the second bath towel to try and stop the water flowing out of the shower all over the floor round the hand basin and toilet. But even that was not totally effective. Thirdly, you are told at check-in that you need to run the hot water tap for 5-10 minutes before the water gets hot!!! What a waste of water in a country that is mostly desert with little rainfall. This is a brand new, recently opened hotel, and already needs a lot of money spent to fix simple design faults.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Being inside the sterile area was a bonus, no having to clear immigration to stay at an offsite hotel. Check-in was quick and pain free.

There was a minor issue with my online booking, but this was quickly resolved by staff member Rijay who very kindly upgraded us to a larger room for the minor inconvenience. I was very impressed by him.
