Breakfast is good but could have been made better with a wider spread. Could have an option for a medicated mattress that could be healthier alternate.

Limited cable channels and plumbing kind of had a bit of smell but surfaces were clean and fixtures worked well.

We really like the quality of the pillows, bed and beddings, the room has a simple but practical and nice design. We enjoyed the common areas like billiard area, lounge and the staff service was nice. The place is very chill in ambiance and calm. Items are also complete in the rooms ie. Bath items, clothing iron and hair blow drier, and they had complimentary water, coffee and tea as part of the service which is great. They also offered happy hour for the bar, which also included the pool bar. So we had a dip and drank beer while relaxing.

AC and the main door(lock)were not working. Called for assistance, but nobody came. Called two times the room service, but nobody picked up the call. We waited, but then later, we needed to dial 0 for assistance. Butter chicken and Indonesian fried rice was ordered. The chicken ( in butter chix)was dry and didn't feel fresh..the rice with butter chicken was too less which was offered. As a brand, they didn't take the feedback of food they delivered.

There isn't a single thing I didn't like.

I've stayed at several Aloft hotels in different countries, and I'm never disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the hotels themselves are always well-appointed, and the rooms are enormous. And the room service menu? Fantastic! I had the club sandwich with fries, and it was scrumptious.

From the front desk staff to housekeeping staff all were good. Very clean comfortable rooms and good service too. The room was bigger than normal budget hotels and its really worth for the money. Will recommend to my friends and whenever possible will choose to stay here.

I have only tried the food in bar area of the Aloft hotel but was not impressed ,also the bar of the hotel is screaming cold ( AC is running on its highest pace !) and the music is way too loud! I rather suggest you go out of the hotel for your dinner , move across the street to the 'Village' of the neighboring Le Meridien hotel which is also an affiliate of the Marriott group of hotels , where you will find a wide variety of options to choose from at affordable pricing .

Great hotel with the Marriott standard and comfort! This hotel is very close to the airport but is very quiet. Coffee maker and bottled water is available and is replenished generously at no cost . Large rooms with all facilities and amenities - excellent wifi and my 'go to' place when in Dubai for short business trips

We came at 22:00 - staff told us that there is a restaurant open until 23:00 - it was open, but there were no staff or food :) The In Room dining was working, but the food was very bad, we didn't expect it to be that bad.

The room is very comfortable. location is great if you have a flight to catch. Walking distance from the Terminal 1 and Dubai Metro. Bed is great, shuttle service is very convinient? staff helpful/
