Spacious, clean everyone that works at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful! They made me feel so welcome and helped me with everything I needed Property is close to metro to travel up and down the palm, shop next door for any essentials you may need, great location.

We got lunch in the cafe downstairs one day, but our order wasn’t put through/was forgotten about. we had to wait over an hour for our food - other people had been in, had their food and left by the time we received our food. We didn’t get much of an apology which was disappointing.

We were originally due to stay in April, but the floods in Dubai meant we had to change our dates to June. Adagio were happy to accommodate this even though we had not booked a flexible rate! At check in we were upgraded to a larger room which was much appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a washing machine. I also liked the water filter so that I didn’t need to buy water from the supermarket.

My only criticism was the hotel is on a busy through road to west beach parking. The cars were not driving fast but late at night the road backed up and they would honk.

The location was fantastic, close to the beach near restaurants and ameneties. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help.

On a weekend it can be noisy until 3AM. The location is next to a traffic jam so you will hear cars honking. The gym is quite small and was full so we just borrowed a mat and did yoga in the room. Weather was too hot to visit the pool and beach at this time so we cannot comment on that. Be prepared to carry your own luggage from the basement car park to the room and vice versa. I'm not sure if they have a bell service but my mom and I also did not ask for assistance anyway. There is a deposit that needs to be paid on check in, I paid in cash. I received it back when we checked-out.

The location is good. Check-in staff Aung and Abu are friendly. They offered me a 50% discount to upgrade to a higher floor with balcony. Housekeeping staff Edgar ensured everything was ready & functional in the apartment. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast variety of bread, cold dishes and hot dishes was also good. I like that they support sustainable living and reduce plastic waste by using water filter system, wooden toothbrush, wooden cards, etc. The gym is open 24 hrs.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful, excellent breakfast, location was great, the private beach was a few minutes away, they give you beach towels on arrival. Highly recommend asking for a quiet room if you don’t need the palm view from your balcony. Will definitely visit again!

Walls of the hotel are too thin so you can hear all neighbors coming and leaving rooms. House keeping team doesn’t care either and being extremely loud in the morning while doing the cleaning they gather more than actually work.
