We have our car parked on the garage and after a huge snow storm the hotel didn't take care of cleaning the car entrance. We had to wait for hours until the city cleaner came came.

Food was 7/10 but we were satisfied with this. Mentioned Sauna was a super small (like a box). If you arrive with public bus you should go up from the nearest bus stop about 2 km. It was an adventure for us :) Wifi in the room 402 was not working at all. Full signal but no internet in the network. :-(

Good food choice for adults and children. Super friendly staff on reception and restaurants. Nice guys in shuttle buses to the lift. They helped us always and always smile. I love those people.

The hotel is nice and has things to do, as in the area there aren’t any bars or restaurant that you can go by foot in less than 20 minutes

Nothing to dislike.

The Hotel is perfectly located between Soldeu and El tarter. Bot lifts within walking distance (not with ski shoes btw). The rooms are well set up with a great pool, Gym and Massage as options. Breakfast is good and offers a good variety of food

We have nothing negative to say

The room was just big enough for a double bed and a single for our son, very clean and nicely decorated. The pool is small but warm clean and a nice addition after a day on the slopes, We didn't take breakfast but we had the evening meal which for 17 euros was a buffet style menu, with a nice selection of pasta meat fish salad. The entertainment for my 5 year old, face painting, bingo ect was also a surprising plus. The staff were all very helpful and made our stay a pleaseure

There are some points to be checked about maintenance, like switches not working properly and tilting lights. Also the elevator uses to be very busy.

The location is very nice, close to communications but far enough for a relaxing environment. The staff is really helpful and kind, paying a charming approach with the children. The beds were very good, and in a very quiet place, sleeping was superb.

hotel has free shuttle but we couldn’t manage to find it when we went back. More precise location would be appreciable.

The location next to the ski resort is great, the staff is welcoming, the massages that you can book in the hotel was worth it, the room were very clean.

No parking at the hotel (full), and you were fined and towed if you left it on the street, although the staff was nice enough to warm us and suggest a paid parking nearby.

Clean, good value, amazing vue (although mot from our room 😂), good value for money especially we booked a fee hours before.

Dinner was at 8pm. We probably would have liked it a little earlier.

The shuttle bus to the El Tarter Gondola was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The en suites were nice. The Hotel pool was good to have available and nice. Breakfast and dinner were self service buffet. The food on offer was nice with a good variety to cover all tastes. There is TV/comfy chair room and a games area with pool (2 euros) and table football (1 euro) as well as other arcade type games.

The Wifi was very poor. the food was average. no parking spots available. the room was clean everyday (bathroom and bed) but I don't think they cleaned the floors that by the end of the week had a lot of dust in it.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The waitress was very nice. the pool and sauna are free and always available without previous booking.

I never managed to catch the shuttle back from the gondola because I stayed in town for an apres drink. Getting up from the town on the first day with a suitcase was difficult (I saw other guests struggling with this too).

The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent over the bath shower. Receptionist very efficient and friendly. Vital shuttle down to the gondola. Actually had power sockets near the bed for charging phone etc.

The hotel is a little overpriced. There are only a few parking slots available.

I didn't use the pool, but the hotel facilities are very good. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner included was pretty good.
