Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWe were satisfied with everything. The price wasn't cheap but it included breakfast so we can't complain. Andorra in general is not a cheap destination in terms of hotels (at least in August when we visited).
We looked at many places in Andorra before booking this one and we made a good choice. The staff are lovely: all very friendly and chatty. They were nice enough to us to allow us to keep our expensive Roquefort cheese in their fridge in the kitchen for the duration of our stay, which was lovely of them. The room was a good size with a nice terrace. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big. Everything was clean. The breakfast had a very good range and we were satisfied. There is a large free car park nearby, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There is a cable car right outside the hotel so I imagine it'll be busy in winter. This cable car was closed in August when we visited but there is another one just 4 km down the road and it works in the summer.

RussiaTV remotes could also be in the room (and not given as collateral). I don’t know what kind of experience the owners had, but this was the first time we encountered this :).
All was good! The location is good if you like this direction. There are scenic spots and hiking trails nearby. During the period in which we were vacationing (May), there were few people at the hotel and it was very quiet. The staff is good-natured. The breakfast is good (we can highly recommend it).

United KingdomThe only thing which wasn't great was it was hot when we stayed and the room we were staying in got the afternoon sun. The balcony doors opened inwards so it was difficult to have the doors open and cryains drawn to shade from the sun. There was no AC or even a fan and the room was fairly unbearably hot in the afternoon and overnight.
Really excellent breakfast and coffee on tap, lovely helpful staff and a comfortable bed.

United StatesThere was a lot of water damage around the tub/shower, and the shower curtain was moldy along the bottom and discolored. Maybe it was considered the off season but there was only someone at the front desk during our scheduled check-in time. Otherwise, there was a sign with a phone number to call if you needed something (of course, that only works if you have cell service).
It was conveniently located right at a bus stop, which made it easy to get around. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the leftover pastries that were left out during the day.

SpainNothing not to like . Just a couple of things that we think could be an improvement . A toaster would be a useful addition to the buffet breakfast . The evening meal was varied and well cooked and presented, but would have liked to have seen a few more local dishes on the menu.
The hotel is located just across the road from the gondola station . The hotel staff were friendly and efficient . Always a pleasant welcome on entering the hotel and dining room .

UkraineSoundproof isn't good - it was clearly audible neighbors(conversation, creaking bed) from upper floor and from close room. Launchbox(if you leave hotel very early) is paid - 6 euro per person. Ski locker also is paid.
Was warm, clean, good nutrition. Good wifi - had several voip calls without any issues. There is mulled wine in a reception at evening - it is cool option when you back from skiing. All required for skiing is located very close: rent ski and lift to ski slopes

SpainBooking fees!!!! property is really good, as well as, its staff. the poor thing is that booking fees are very hight. we paid 180€ for half boarding when paying at hotel it costs 130€. said that according what we paid in booking we were expecting some kind of quality that, for real, hotel doesn’t offer because they are providing services according to 130€ not 180€. said that, please, be aware what booking is doing with properties because due to booking fees customers leave places thinking that hotel services are poor but its booking fault, not the hotel’s staff.
everything!

United Arab Emirates1. on arrival on a saturday we were aprox 1 hour early for check in,,,so we had to wait an (hour) no problems its as usual however we asked if our bags etc could be stored and we will go for lunch just over the road,, we can store only two was the answer , now the hotel has a fairly substantial on street access ski boot room, and so we went over the road with suitcases etc where we witnessed for the next hour nobody come and go from the hotel, they know who is in and who is arriving , it left a sour taste and i think with a little thought outside the box would have been nice to just say yes sure its only an hour and nobody is coming or going (the ski room had one pair of skis in it (sunday is changeover day i guess) (i would say the ski room is about 10m sq ) plenty to take 6 suitcases and some small bags, not a good start. 2. ok my room was 303, room is basic and i thought was lovely , could do with probably some more draws but hey ho,,, now the shower curtain doesn't cover the bath side there is an odd shape above the bath( where the shower rod is attached) which leaves about a 10inch gap, with the shower curtain try as i might with the kids they ended up soaking the floor every time and we had to use the towels to keep the floor dry suprised it hasnt flooded,, now the fix, just a small piece of plastic glass or something like that fixed to wall would solve the problem and pay for itself in towel usage in a couple of weeks. 3. we had chosen the hotel on friends recommends on food, so it was disappointing to find most of the food bland it all needed seasoning, now this may be on purpose but tell us so we dont complain,,, another small gripe is the menu for that night is not published until 3pm in afternoon, (when you will likely be on the slopes) so it doesnt give you chance to say we dont fancy that we will eat out, giving you and the hotel chance to cut down on food waste surely you could publish day before ( is it a food delivery issue maybe)
1. ok for a budget friendly hotel i did like the breakfast it was good enough,,,i did like the proximity to the gondola, big bonus, i think the proximity to bars etc is another winner so over all location and breakfast are good the andbus drops you off outside the hotel and picks you up on departure another winner

PolandThe hotel's glory days are already a thing of the past. Both rooms and common areas are very worn and require general renovation. Breakfast is very poor, no toaster, no eggs or bacon. They want to charge 8 euros extra for two fried eggs!! they also charge 8 euros a day for ski locker. Not found anywhere else!!
Hotel is well located close to the ski lft. Personnel is very friendly.
