Breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage) everything was cold. They forgot to power in the heaters. I had to tell them two times. I could not really enjoy breakfast

However, the hotel is old, with no hot water on the second day, a poor view, and mold in the fridge. The spa closed earlier than advertised. Attempts to contact the manager went unanswered. The AC is noisy, making sleep difficult, and windows don't close properly. Cleaners occasionally forgot to provide all the towels. Additionally, one lift out of two in the left wing was out of order, and on the third day, the other one was temporarily out of order as well.

The hotel's location near the bus stop and shops is convenient. The breakfast offered good variety, and the restaurant staff were friendly. The sizable sauna was a plus.

Very high price for low return Rooms miss several plugs One elevator was broken leading to 5-7 minutes waiting time until been able to get into an elevator during breakfast time Overpriced meals Heating system was set too high on central hub, leading to a very hot room, ended up turning off the heating system Overpriced parking with limited availability Rooms look too old, should really look into a refurbishment for the price they charge.

I booked a double room but was given a single. the room was booked for the reason of having a car park that was free but when i arrived the carpark was not free

The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast.. it could use a little bit more of local products and homemade cooking, the cereal choices weren't varied and the fruit was all canned (the already cut pieces). The room is nice, spacious but severely outdated, with no electrical outlets near the bedside tables (there were total 2 outlets, one near the entry to the bathroom and the other underneath the desk... It wasn't at all practical to have your phone charging near you). The bathroom was okay, tho a little on the small side and the head of the shower was kinda falling off. There's a lot of space for improvement. Price wise if you count the location, the fact it has a pool and a gym (that I didn't use so I can't critique) and a good (not amazing) breakfast, it sounds correct. I was just expecting more of the bedroom.

Excellent hotel and a superb Booking . Com price. Right in the shopping centre of Andorra with large, well equipped quiet rooms. Breakfast a great buffet added bonus.

Older hotel that badly needs refurbishment. Add 26 Euro to park your car. No power outlets near the beds. Waited an hour for a double bed and still got 2 singles. Hotel restaurant closed in the evening.

There is no parking. its a lie. And the staff are aggressively rude. The room was yellow. I mean all of it was yellow. God it was awful. None of the soi disant amenities were open. a hell hole. the Prestigi group needs checking in by the mercure franchise. very sad.

The way we have been welcomed by the manager is unacceptable. Mean and not polite. He almost kicked us out of the hotel for not having the IDs of the kids while it wasn’t mandatory no mentioned on Booking. The furnitures and the decoration are a bit old. It feel like in a hotel from the 80s.

Not welcome attitude of the staff of Mercure Andorra at arrival. Bad attitude and behaviour, replying with bad attitude to any type of simple normal question, and just focused on payment. Very bad experience at arrival and during staying. Probably it's cultural, or that's the character of the people, but I will not return to Mercure Hotel, for sure.

Very bad attitude and behavior at the reception desk staff of Mercure Andorra, at arrival. Not welcoming at all. Simply increadible. Never experienced before in any hotel. Specially at arrival the staff of the hotel at the reception desk was not welcoming, as well as after, in different occasions. I don't know if it's cultural, but the bad experience at hotel Mercure Andorra made me decide to don't return to such hotel, and even don't return to Andorra.

Toilet a little close to the wall, not very good if your claustrophobic. But great, over all stay! 😘

Lovely hotel, perfect location for having a dog, easy walking, perfect parking for hotel, and just off street parking, location is not straight into the busy street! A few minutes to the main duty free shopping. Best breakfast in the hole of Andorra. After many visits to Andorra this is the perfect place for us! 😊
