Both franciose and Yves were lovely, they made us very welcome, so helpful made us feel at home, gave direction to all the places we needed, and arranged great days out with camel ride and taxis when required food was perfect so relaxing and clean room with all amenities would definitely go again

Such a beautiful, well maintained luxury resort. The grounds, facilities (pool, spa and restaurant) and rooms were all to a high quality and the whole place exceeded our expectations. The staff were all so friendly and attentive- nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be returning to this calm oasis in a perfect location in Marrakech.

Mustafa is a fantastic host. Helpful, kind soul. Room was clean and we survived 47*C during the day and 27*C at night thanks to AC in the room. Remember it's an old Medina not 5* resort so do not expect luxury . My advise is to everyone, please contact Mustafa on arrival to meet you at the gate to Medina as it may not be easy to find the way in for the first time, especially after dark.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was relatively clean. If you’re looking for a family resort it’s perfect. The housekeeping staff were friendly and polite.
it was clean, a lot of options and it is truly a resort in itself.The food options were great and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I would advise when getting a taxi walk towards the main gate on the outside (it’s cheaper) rather than getting picked up inside the hotel. The all inclusive options were great
Great common facilities with Pools across the Resort and plenty of Sun beds available. Rooms comfortable, all inclusive meals and drinks convenient. Nice animation staff and at the restaurant too.
food was lovely. not a huge range like some of the other all inclusive resorts I’ve been to but everything on the buffet was very tasty and to our liking. pools & slides were brilliant, kids really enjoyed it. reception staff were excellent, smooth & easy check in with no delays. distance from the main market was good, only 15mins walk.
