Q Resorts Paddington is 15 minutes' drive from Townsville Airport. There are several shops and restaurants with 10 minutes' walk. Loved the property. Stayed there 2 times. second time we got amazing room near to floor. Near restaurants (Thai was good) and Cinema. Watched flying foxes fly inland along river at Sunset-beautiful. They even let us check out very late due to late flight. Staff very, very helpful. Next to lovely river walk.

All rooms have a TV and a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. Most offer views of the pool or gardens. Some have a private patio. This was the first time whilst in Australia where we have stayed at this type of resort, We came away very impressed,Our cabin was clean, comfortable and had all we needed by way of equipment.Thankyou

Island Serenity on Magnetic Island features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Nelly Bay. Featuring a tennis court, the resort is close to several noted attractions, around 1.4 km from Nelly Bay Beach and around 1.2 km from Magnetic Island Marina. The condition of the room was immaculate. The decor of the room was unique, although I'm not an 'alternatives' type of person. I could use the facilities of the resort even though the room was owned by an outside individual. The Ville Resort - Casino offers modern accommodation with views of the Coral Sea and Magnetic Island. It is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the ferry service to Magnetic Island and central Townsville.

The Ville Resort - Casino is less than 700 metres from the beachfront along The Strand. The Magnetic Island Ferry Terminal is a short walk away. The room was lovely and neat, tidy and importantly clean. Very comfortable bed as well. The atmosphere in the Casino was excellent and the young guy singing was great. Some very lovely staff.

Just 700-metres from Nelly Bay Beach, Amaroo On Mandalay offers an outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts and a fitness centre. All rooms offer a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a patio with garden views.

Amaroo On Mandalay is 850-metres from Magnetic Island National Park. It is a 3-minute drive from Magnetic Island Marina and 20-minutes from Townsville by ferry. The room was nice and clean and modern. It was like a studio apartment with a full fridge and a microwave. The pool was really great for getting out of the mid-day heat. We were there during a quiet time of year, but there wasn't really anyone else ever at the pool at the same time as us. The aircon was really nice and the bed was comfy. Lots of wildlife around.
