The pool and bar area were amazing, was definitely more of a resort than a hotel. We loved the place, its atmosphere and staff were so friendly and helpful. We are going to put this one on our return trips to Townsville!

We lived the location and what the resort offered for facilities however the property was being renovated at the time and used a different laundry off the property to wash our clothes as the laundry in the property didn't appear to be usable. In sys that the staff were awesome and the beds were so comfortable.

Room very clean, the bed comfortable, the shower had a rain shower head, it was separate to the toilet also had a basin dressing table combo which I liked. The pool very spacious but it was too warm for me.They have a large bar in the restaurant and a pizza making area. My room was in the same area I find it was very handy being so close to the main part of the Resort.

The location was perfect. We had a reasonably priced stay with a luxury view both the water from the front, the colours on the hill in the evening at the back and the restaurant with a water view.

Everything, this resort is excellent value for money, central in the CBD. I had breakfast both days there & dinner upstairs at their balcony restaurant, wood fired pizzas by the pool, really didn’t even need to leave the resort. Delicious food. Jo went above & beyond with the level of service she provided; an asset to the organisation with her friendly demeanour & genuine desire to help everyone.
