Liked the vibe of the resort - the courtyard was perfect for families with children and the gatherings every evening with live music was great. The room was clean, view was beautiful. Pool water was warm. Location convenient to exploring the Cape.

amazing beach setup, the dunes are a nice piece of landscape
The bedroom was small and inconveniently placed at the entrance, however the living room was spacious and nicely decorated.
The fireplace was such a nice surprise!
The whole resort was very clean and nicely shaped.
We enjoyed seeing the moon rise by the sea, with the view of the sand dunes.

Bathroom was clean and nice, although a little small. Nice ocean view from room. Ocean is right next to the resort with beach access. Pool is nice although weather was a little too cool for us to use (Middle of May).
The resort is nicely designed and well maintained.
The Pelham House Resort was a great choice to spend a few days on the Cape. It’s location is right on the water. The landscape was cared for daily with beautiful flowers around. The facility had a couple of very nice restaurants, and the pool area was amazing.
The resort is in a great location and is very spacious - especially good for families. The pull out sofa was extremely nice, better than the typical sofa bed. Location is great right on the beach!
