The kitchen and living room were clean and cozy. We liked the separate space to hang downstairs and having the bedroom space upstairs. Bathrooms were very clean and updated.

    Loved the room and location. View was spectacular. Super friendly staff and amazingly quick check-in. Newport is a great town and the hotel is near to everything. I would have liked to see a little more at the resort for kids. Space was limited but maybe a small play area (swingset)? Also, the biggest deficiency was how dated the suite was. It was large and comfortable, but getting old. Kind of had an 80's look.

    Spectacular view, amazing location, very quiet, ample parking, resort i sin the middle of it all, walking distance to exceptional dining. Great suite, private full kitchen with all appliances and dinnerware, washer, dryer. Very comfortable. Accommodated 4 if us very comfortably. Staff was professional. Lots of clean soft towels, didn't have to ask for more. Clean. Balconies with seating overlooking the water and docks.

    Loved the resort feel and location. The resort fee covers a daily shuttle via van or water taxi that leaves hourly, so that was extra convenient. The outdoor pool and patio was amazing!

    Loved the location, views, size of the suite, staff, cleanliness, most amenities. Resort staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. When our dryer broke down, they immediately offered a solution. I would certainly recommend this place.

    Great location for visiting Newport. An easy 5-10 min stroll to the harbour front and popular Thames street with its many attractions. it was also a 5 min stroll to Bellevue Avenue shopping area which is also the start of the mansions district and near the start of the Cliff walk. A lovely and period apartment with luxury quality bed linens and towels. We were in the one bedroom apartment, which had a lovely aspect out over the garden and was a nice large space .

    It was very clean, beautiful resort feel and great location. it was not over crowded which I assume is due to the time of year in May.The outdoor pool and fire pits on patio were great. The staff was very friendly.
