Alila Hinu Bay was more than a resort---it was a memorable experience. Stunning architecture harmonises with the landscaping of the grounds and backdrop of the Arabian Sea to one side and mountains to the other side, creating a luxurious oasis of tranquillity. On one of the days we were visited by a caravan of camels 😊!
The quality of the food was exceptional. The experience from breakfast to dinner, was enhanced by attentive and friendly staff. Special thanks to Ibrahim for making breakfast delightful, and the new manager for introducing himself to us.
My husband and I also enjoyed a professionally done spa treatment that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Special thanks also to housekeepers Sardkarkhan and Rinos for their kind, friendly and impeccable service- never once did they frown when we asked for refills of water, coffee, tea and milk. All the staff member’s dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel truly valued.

The reception welcome, check in and assistance was flawless. Atif checked us in and was informative . I had an issue that the water park was closed on Sunday and Monday, 2 of our checked In days. This fact is not mentioned in the site nor of the water parks site. This is one of the reasons we booked at rotana. For this oversight, Atif n manager checked us in early and we had an upgrade to a junior suite.
The beach was AMAZING. The current can be strong but there are many life guards.
The food was ample but not very tasty for us . Mr James at Saffron was very accommodating with my request. We went to dinner to the Fanar restaurants one of the evenings. A shuttle will take
you to the adjacent hotel. The meal was so so delicious .

The resort layout and design is really nice. The reception staff especially Mudhir is very skilled and helpful.

Al Baleed is an elegant and charming resort featuring excellent facilities. It offers stunning views of both the ocean and a picturesque lagoon, and even boasts a delightful sustainable farm. The staff are exceptional—friendly, professional, and accommodating. A special shoutout to Muhammad and Umaima at the front desk for their outstanding hospitality and excellent customer service.
The rooms are bigger than usual, clean and have everything we need. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rasha at the reception who made sure our stay was comfortable. The resort is very family friendly with restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. The island restaurant, however, was spectacular with delicious food and amazing views. The location is okay, but the hotel offers car rental service. The aqua park and paintball park were a blast. Will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended for families.
The pool was amazing, room was good and spacious. The food options were very limited for the resort. The 3 days we stayed we had the same food especially when we have booked All Inclusive.
Location is fantastic with many restaurants around. Supermarket is across the road. Cars can be parked in front of the hotel. Rooms are big and ok, everything you need is there. Had a beautiful room on the top floor with balcony. Couldn't book it with booking.com but could do it directly at the hotel. There is also breakfast available. If you don't expect a all inclusive resort and prefer the local spirit, you will enjoy your stay.
