The staff were amazing. Especially Khangan from concierge team - he showed exceptional professionalism and hotel service at its best. All the staff were very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The gardens/greenery were lovely. Could almost have been in Asia!

We always like the Sofitel . We ended up booking last minute as our existing hotel was not up to standard and the Sofitel did not disappoint . The staff were very accommodating and done everything to help us relax into our stay after a long journey from Abu Dhabi and a bad experience at a previous hotel . The service we received carried on for the remainder of our stay from the fantastic housekeeping to the front of house staff . Reminded us just why we love staying there . Can’t wait to come back .

We had a fantastic time at the beautiful Ottoman-themed beach resort. The staff was incredibly kind, and all the services were exceptional. They accepted our earlier check-in and provided gluten-free snacks. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel.
The stay here was beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome by the staff set the tone for a wonderful stay. The resort is located in stunning location.
Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury, featuring modern amenities and technology. The cleanliness was impeccable.
When it comes to the dining, i should say i had the best breakfast here than any other hotels. They offer a variety of cuisines.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who seeks luxury, comfort, exceptional service and a touch of paradise.
Smart, if a little dated hotel right on the Creek - quite a way from Downtown / the Burj Khalid, etc. and maybe 45 mins from Jumeirah Beach Resort. Close enough to walk (if you're brave) along the Creek and to the souks / old town.
Has everything you'd expect of a 5 star hotel.
Anantara is a luxury family resort. Located in the resort part of Palm Jhumaira. Great for family trips. I visited here for work. Unless you have work at the Palm then its quite a distance into the city. Excellent service. Great rooms. Amazing Bed.
