The resort was in an excellent location, five minutes walk to the orangutan centre and 20 minutes walk to the rainforest discovery centre. The actual resort was in an amazing setting in the rainforest, with walkways and small lakes. The pool area was lovely, very peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. It was excellent value for money, and included a buffet style breakfast. We stayed in the basic room, which was fine for three nights.

Amazing views. Other resorts have cut down the jungle and this one didn't. You are surrounded by beautiful nature. We stayed in a superior room and the room was quite good - clean and spacious. We really liked the food in Banana Cafe too. The pool does look tired but was clean and we used it with no problems. It is nice to have a pool after your morning activities in such hot weather.

The staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions that we had. The hotel offers a nighttime jungle walk for RM25 each, which was great, we saw lots of different animals and insects. The room was very clean - we were given fresh towels and a bottle of water every day and our bed was made. The resort is a 5 minute walk from the orangutan sanctuary and the sunbear sanctuary, which is amazing. The breakfast was also very good (vegetarian options available)

The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is good and a great prize. The pool is nice and clean just as the rest of the resort. The rooms are amazing, I stayed in a dorm, really big beds and nice airconditioning. You feel like a princess (even in the dorm). The whole place looks like paradise, i think would be a great place for a honeymoon

Perfect location for the Orangutan and Sun Bear sanctuaries as well as the Rainforest Discovery Centre. The resort is lovely, with a walkway amongst a litte lake and the jungle. The pool is nice as well, and the room was spacious and pretty comfortable (standard double fan room).

Location! Ten minutes walk to the oran utans and the sun bears. Restaurant within the resort, just around the corner. Cheap, but this means the price for the shared room where I’ve stayed. You can use the pool and stroll around the resort.

Best place I have ever stayed. This was the most amazing experience. The rooms had a balcony and you could see the whole jungle, watch the animals and the sounds were beautiful. It was like a luxury jungle experience. The common area was also lovely! Met lots of other travellers and the food was exceptional. The staff were also so friendly! The shuttle is great, goes to sepilok and picks you up. This was by far better than any of the other resorts by the centres. I will deffo go back.

Beautiful resort but still very authentic and in walking distance of the orangutan sanctuary. Incredible experience. We stayed in the glamping villa which was superb. The swing out into the trees, the outdoor kitchen, the beautiful lounge and bedrooms, the terrace and private infinity pool were just incredible. Amazing value for such a luxurious villa.
