The quality of service, particularly from Ravi and his team was just spectacular. Extremely responsive, proactive with suggestions and always pleasant - we would come back here just for Ravi! The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable - particularly when it got cold in the evening, the fireplace was exactly what we needed - someone was always available to ensure it was running :) The location is beautiful - gorgeous views from the cottage across the forests and some mountains. Clear view of sunrise and sunsets - very peaceful and quite ! And finally, probably the biggest highlight - the food!! Freshly cooked based on what you order with options across local Sri Lankan and Continental cuisines- it was always on point ! The first night, after a gruelling travel day the string hoppers, the curries, the sambol and the dessert was like a warm, long hug!

It is a wondaful place with nice mountain view, birds and animals green environment. Well calm and quait place and well recommended for vacation. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and giving good assistance. Cleanliness is very good and well tast foods. Value for money for tatal package is more than expected.

Truly the staff is the highlight of this beautiful property. The restaurant service, the housekeeping, everyone is lovely and top notch. I love the room, this is the 5th or more time I've stayed here over the years and it keeps its quality, the rooms are beautiful, the views are absolutely incredible and again, the staff is the best!

We were unexpectedly collected from the train station on arrival and not charged for the transfer to the house which was nice. The place is super relaxing with it's old world charm. Food and beverages are available and a tuk tuk was organised for us to make the early start to Lipton's Seat and to drop us at the bus station at our departure. In general, staff made a good effort to service our needs.

This boutique villa was superb, boasting impeccable service and a prime location. The lush garden added to the enchantment of the setting. The rooms were impeccably clean and provided utmost comfort. The Sri Lankan breakfast was a culinary delight, especially the milk rice paired with spicy chutney. The manager's personal attention throughout our stay was commendable. We look forward to revisiting this exquisite establishment on our next trip to Sri Lanka.

A wonderful and magical experience, we stayed at the forest pavilion, and being close to nature and in a beautiful and comfortable "room" was truly amazing. The room itself was great, the bed comfortable, there was even wifi which I didn't expect. The food was great, and was very reasonably priced. The grounds are beautiful, there's a waterfall on the property which you can hike to, and the pool area is amazing. Will recommend and happily stay again!
