The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. We took the free shuttle bus every day to mambo beach dive resort, which was very convenient. The mambo beach resort is a very good place to eat, drink, listen to live music and to do some diving/snorkelling. Bonus points for the Nemo bus! The breakfast is delicious as well. It's abit further back from the main area, so you get the peacefulness but as it's connected to the mambo beach resort, they do free shuttles to the beach. Super easy and covenant. We stepped straight from our room into the pool, which was great! The room is nice and has everything you need. There is a minibar, a hairdryer and free bottles of water. They offer a free ride from the hill to their colleagues of Mambo Beach Resort. It gives you the opportunity to eat somewhere else than at the hotel. We appreciated that they have a restaurant kitchen that was open all day to make us food when hungry. The food is quite good, and safe too! No Bali belly from any of our party after 4 days.
