The hotel company shifted us to another nearby property of their-Kiani Beach resort. They had informed us about the same much in advance. We were also given an upgradation to inclusive plus and sea view room in the same price. Everything was awesome-food and drinks, room, cleanliness, amenities, engagement of kids and the list goes on.

Great facilities for families with young children. very accessible beach,nice pools and good entertainment for kids. staff is very friendly. I would specially like to appreciate Kannellaki at symposium restaurant and the man on the reception on the night of 11th and 10th June 2023, who went extra miles to make our stay comfortable. overall we had a great holiday at Kiani beach resort.

We stayed for a week at Kiani Beach resort and it is an excellent choice for families with children. It is an all inclusive resort and resort offers great activities for kids .our kids enjoyed it very much ! Hotel management is very attentive to guests. Staff are also very friendly .

My family and I had a very enjoyable vacation experience at the Kiani Beach Resort. The entire staff works diligently to ensure our stay is extremely pleasant. The hospitality, customer courtesy, and assistance the staff provided were extraordinary. We are always impressed with how well the staff maintains the grounds, eating areas, and rooms. We will continue to return to the Kiani Beach Resort every time we visit Crete.

We were upgraded to a better apartment with a better view on a slightly quieter part of the resort which suited us. In the evening we loved the bar and the bartenders made some great cocktails! The food was good for an all inclusive as well.

We have had a nice stay for a week in Kiani Beach Resort. Positives: - Staff, both bar, restaurant and cleaning staff was very accomodating and smiling. - nice pool and beach areas, and no shortage of sunbeds. - The kids loved the crepe-stand, which was a daily treat. - Apartment was modern and well-equipped.
