Everything was perfect. Small problems were handled immidiately by the staff with the direct involvement of Stavros, the hotel manager. Everyone were very helful with every question we had. We arrived at midnight and food and drinks were waiting for us. The animation team was great and there were activities for kids and adults diring the day and evening time. The pools were not not crowded although we were staying during the peak of the summer vacation time. Everyday the restaurant served different food. There were all kind of drinks available during the whole day.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The view from our room was outstanding. The location was wonderful not in the town center with all the noise. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel that went straight to Chania. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

I was driving outside on the way to an excursion and the hotel got my attention for a few seconds. Instantly, I said that I want to stay there and I reserved a room for two days. It was much better than expected. One of the most good experiences of this summer holidays. The bus is just outside so it is easy to visit the center of Chania. The room has a very good desk for someone that wants to work. The view to the sea from the balcony is excellent.

- We received room upgrade to standard room (We had booked basement room as we had no plans to spent time in the room) - Pool bar was good and they were groving fresh ingredients in the garden (Fresh mint for mojitos for example). Great value for the price - Parking space just across the road - Good restaurants nearby and bus stop just 100 m away in case you want to leave the hotel

Excellent services, very helpful staff, good size room with kitchenette and balcony, family oriented hotel with good size children's pool, very good pool bar operated by Athena who was super helpful and smiley!! Food served was very good and the hotel is only one minute walk to a beautiful beach!!!! Great value for money!!
