Firstly, the staff and service are what truly shine in this hotel. Everyone, from servers, receptionist to cleaning staff was polite, greets you nicely and reaches out to help when needed.
Secondly, the buildings and surroundings are well kept and look nice, with beautiful flowers and trees spread around the premises. The main pool area is great with very nice quality seats and cabanas. This, combined with other guests being frankly older, made for a much more calm and relaxing experience, in contrast to some other hotels where the noise and bustling sounds are more pronounced.
Finally I would like to extend my gratitude to the management for arranging an upgrade for me and my family to a villa, so that we could more conveniently spend time together on this trip.

We stayed at you hotel in the recommendation of our daughter and it didn't disappoint. Food was out of this world and catered for all dietary requirements. Staff were so friendly it was home from home plus a lot of luxury.
Everything! We arrived at the hotel very tired and the front desk staff welcomed us very nicely and we were even upgraded to a better room. The hotel room and facilities were very clean at all time. This is a sea front resort so the view was amazing and easy access to the beach from the hotel.

It’s location, the swimming pool, the cleanliness, and all the wonderful staff. We were also upgraded to a fabulous room which we greatly appreciated. The welcome drinks upon arrival were lovely as were the gifts on departure. We also arrived at the resort on Easter Sunday and they had the most wonderful display of ornaments, red painted eggs, chocolate eggs and Easter biscuits.
All-inclusive is not our typical accommodation but we loved the place. The facility, food, the staff and the location was very nice. All clean and at the time we were there nice and quiet. We have loved the pools with heated seawater.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva Bay for a week-long getaway, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable vacations I've ever had. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The all-inclusive package truly exceeded my expectations.
The friendliness of the hotel staff! The room always very clean and tidy. The breakfast and dinner buffet exceptional, especially desserts. It is a brand new resort and of course they have a great potential to become a luxury resort, just need to pay more attention to details. Based on our experience, I would say it is a very, very good 4* star hotel. However, we had a very nice stay and we did enjoy Greek hospitality very much. We love Greece and Greek people!
