It is located in the city center and there is a luggage storage room which you can use if you are waiting for the late ferry. The rooms are not big, so no wardrobe or shelf but we did not mind that.

A town short on history, now trying hard to update and improve itself. Superb location twixt sea and mountains, gateway to Nordland and the Lofotens, and plenty of beautiful walking country at the edge of town. Good air links, but the unique rail service should not be forgotten.

Fantastic location in Lofoten. This was our home base as we explored the islands. The cabin was cozy - we booked both rooms in the Rorbu. As some people mentioned, the decor was a bit dated, but honestly I felt that gave it some charm. Otherwise the beds were comfy and the cabin was nice and warm. Also the breakfast spread was fantastic - felt very much like we were spending time at home.

To be honest I didn’t expected this place to be that great! During your staying, you basically live in the one of most iconic place of this country - fisherman’s houses. Everything inside is so authentic that you literally try to examine every detail of this hotel, from the windows of your room, to the houses in general. It’s also a great place if you like photography, not only due the big amount of beautiful places around, but also because the hotel itself looks incredible during the midnight sun.

The beds were completely insane. The best beds in looooong time!! Also the rorbu are really cozy and the staff is super helpful.
Great location with water way and boats next to accommodation, comfortable and spacious. 4 beds with Bunk beds and room with beds. Old pic of people gathering within the Rorbuer lends feeling of an earlier period. Heated bathroom flooring makes toilet visit bearable :)) Walking distance to great views.
Great location in Svolvaer, greeted by the owner who provided recommendations on places to go. Cottage was cozy with great access to ski trail, town, charging station for EV. Highly recommended!

The room was excellent, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom, black out curtains, shelter for locking up bikes.
The Hosts were very helpful and chill. The surrounding nature was breathtaking.
There are no such things!! This campsite deserves a 10 rating in every parameter! The cabins, the common public areas, all the surrounding space, everything is at the highest level one could hope for. And above all, the amazing staff gives the guest a wonderful feeling and makes every effort to assist with joy.
