Facing west side of the sky I watched the Aurora dancing from the sofa of the living room. Excellent breakfast buffet as well. Tried the Hot tub completely value for money although the water temperature was around 35 ( Would be better if it around 40 , not complaining though) . The property also has lots of parking spaces with Electrical charging . Overall a 10/10 stay.

I checked in super late due to a delayed flight to Tromso, and they kept me informed about road conditions/ferryboat operation and waited me to arrive to check in around 11:30pm. only 10 min driving to the ferry to Andoya. very good price/quality relation (in Norwegian standards of course).

Featuring a sauna, Visit Leif at Senja is set in Gibostad. The property features lake and garden views. If you come to Senja, you must stay here! The room is very cozy, comfortable and clean, well-equipped and very warm. There is a parking space, which is very convenient. The owner responded promptly and the instructions were very clear. In the yard is a very good location to watch and photograph the aurora. We were very lucky to catch the aurora explosion, which was very shocking. It is very cold at night in winter, and you can go back to the house to warm up immediately after watching the aurora. The view is very good, and the scenery on the other side of the window is also very good. It takes ten minutes to walk to the seaside. It is a quiet and comfortable town. It takes about half an hour to drive to Hasten/Segla and hike, and about 50 minutes to the viewing point along the way to Senja Island, but the scenery on the road is very good and the location is very convenient.

Everything was just perfect. Kristin and Eivind are so nice and helpful! Me and the rest of the team were amazed by the beauty of the location, magnificent surroundings and super comfortable apartment and cottage. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna helped us to warm up after long winter hikes in the mountains of Senja and catching the aurora in different spots of the island. I feel like Laukvik Fiskecamp is a place where I'll be coming back each time I visit Senja. It felt like home thousands of kilometers from our real homes :)

The location of the apartment is perfect in Senja. It's close to the touristic road, there are some nice hikes around, and the food shop is just nearby (reachable by foot). The view is really nice as well, it is a pleasure having breakfast while looking at the fjord. Easy parking. The apartment itself is very neat with all you could need for a perfect stay over a few days or a week. I think it's excellent value!
Skaland
Great place to explore Senja, close to the main trail heads. The owner is super friendly and welcoming, all the communication went very easy. The apartment itself is comfortable and rather spacious, with a modern bathroom and private sauna. For winter - it has a fireplace! The view from the lounge area is very nice, so one can enjoy midnight sun over a glass of wine without going out ;) Highly recommend.
Torsken
The stay at Torsken and Waterfront Senja was excellent for me and my wife and our two dogs. The apartment situated close to the fjord was big, clean and very well equipped with washing machine and dish machine. And on the terrace in front of our flat we had a jacuzzi. This was very welcome after a day out in the nature. We can warmly recommend Waterfront Senja, it was really worth the price.
Stonglandseidet
The stay at Senja Living was wonderful. The apartments are clean, in a wonderful location. From the terrace there are incredible views of the sea and mountains. There are excellent conditions for fishing in the fjord. And Anna and her parents try to fulfill your every wish. We wish them many guests as satisfied as we were.

Breakfast was varied and fresh. The tasting menu in the restaurant was exceptional. I came here to see the Northern Lights and was not disappointed. It's in the Northern part of Norway and exceptionally pretty. I can definitely recommend the Senja Scenic Route if you want to see the Fjords and breathtaking scenery.

Very clean and tidy. The staff from the Senja by heart restaurant is so nice and the food is delicious. Viktorija welcomed us to the hotel. She was super nice and helpful with our reservation and dinner.

I think the hotel is good location and proper room
We were amazed by the size of the place, we thought it would be cramp with 5 rooms but it did not feel cramp at all for the 5 of us. The house has all the utensils you need to cook, do note the fridge does not have a freezer but no issue for us as we were there during winter. Unfortunately we only saw the northern lights for a few minutes during our 3 nights stay and a very weak one too, due to cloudy skies, low solar wind and bright moon. Nonetheless the surrounding area was beautiful and we had the balcony to look out to the opposite side Katherine was very hospitable and responsive. She took great pride in decorating her place with all the Christmas decoration, lighted fireplace, candle light to welcome us. Definitely a place to book!
All of it. Extremely cozy inside, with a fireplace, well equipped kitchen, very spacy cabin. Perfectly located in Gryllefjord with the market and restaurant (although we didn't go) next door.
It was a really special stay - sleeping in a lighthouse has its charm! There were also bathrobes provided, that was nice.
