Located in Hemsedal, 27 miles from Golsfjellet, Fýri Resort provides accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, we ate some pasta in the night that was also good. We had this waiter Eva that was absolutely amazing serving us in the night and also one brunette young man serving us in the breakfast that was really professional and fun. The chef cooking omeletts in the breakfast was super helpful, and it was good to be greeted with such a happy smile in the morning, not to mention the omeletts were amazing. About the amenities in general, the pool club was superb, it was fun to have all this choice of games around the hotel, it was incredibly close to the slopes, which was what we wanted in the first place. It's not so close to the center of Hemsedal but with a car it's not a big deal. The hotel in itself is beautiful and modern meets vintage. We were very happy with our stay

Located right at the edge, 3287 feet above sea level, is Skarsnuten Hotel. The hotel has a panoramic view of Hemsedal and with Hemsedal ski center as the nearest neighbor. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was sooo luxurious! The views are unreal and it’s by far the best hotel in Hemsedal! The breakfast was lovely, the rooms are nice and the spa is so relaxing after a day skiing, we used it most days on our 1 week holiday! I would 100% recommend this hotel! I would suggest having a car if staying at this hotel though as we ate in the town most nights and I can imagine taxis aren’t cheap!

Surrounded by high, dramatic mountains, this cozy, family-run hotel in central Hemsedal has 2 restaurants, free parking and free WiFi throughout the property. An absolutely amazing stay! Thank you, Tomas, for facilitating my stay and always helping out with advice and other tourist matters. The room and property itself - amazing and exceeded expectations so much. The lobby/lounge as well as the room are obviously very recently renovated. In terms of the room, there's an amazing view and an extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of staff that maintain the property very well, for example, rooms/sheets are cleaned everyday. Before coming, my main concern was that the room is located above a bar, but that wasn't an issue, as you couldn't hear the music at all (Except for Saturday I think, but it was manageable). In terms of the breakfast - also superb, Swedish buffet with a lot of options to choose from.

Located by the river in Hemsedal, only 656 ft from cross-country skiing tracks, this hotel offers rooms with attached bathroom, free parking and a free ski bus to the nearby alpine slopes. Absolutely perfect area for me in the slow time of year , walked for hours and relaxed to a home cooked meal by me. Still had snow and beautiful mountains. Great little café just down the street and had the best coffee in the whole trip. I got a perfect room with a balcony. world class gym to keep fit
