The city is beautiful, with an absolutely comfortable city center, a typical Italian atmosphere, and cedar trees. There are many tourists, but it’s not tiring at all. It’s no worse than Sanremo or any other large Italian city. We loved the atmosphere, the beaches, the friendly attitude of the Italians, and the prices. We definitely want to come back againGuest review byРябчун - 6.0

We were last in Bologna 20 years ago, and it was a lively Italian city. It has now really been ‘discovered’ and is as busy as Florence and Rome. I would definitely consider coming in the shoulder or off season to really appreciate it.Guest review byFionaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Riccione is a very cool town, ideal if you're looking for a vacation where relaxation and fun take center stage. It may not boast the historical past of Rimini (which dates back to Roman times), but it’s packed with high-end shops, great restaurants, cinemas, and more — so you won’t have any trouble finding something interesting to do. This year, the municipality launched an International Festival dedicated to TV series, with a program featuring premieres and interviews with famous screenwriters, directors, and actors. If you're a night owl, you can spend the night in one of the many clubs nestled in the surrounding hills.Guest review byDanieleMOItaly - 10.0

Cesenatico has got a very nice beach and a nice vibe as well. Distances are all walkable. Despite the many people around, everyone seems to be relaxed and friendly. Beach (Paradiso Beach) is pleasant and safe. Plenty of bars/restaurants/shops/markets as well. It was my second time in Cesenatico and would definitely return.Guest review byDannyBelgium - 8.0

If you want to avoid the touristy cities in Italy, Parma is the place to visit. We travelled by train from Milan, so no need for a car. Easy to walk around, plenty of history and of course the Food is what the city is most famous for.Guest review bySandys - 8.0
We really liked Cattolica.
We really liked Cattolica. It offers plenty of entertainment options, the beach is clean, and you can visit several other cities in near proximity (and the Republic of San Marino). The free, public beach in Cattolica is quite small and uninspiring. The rest is covered with private resorts that offer sunbeds and umbrellas at pretty high prices. We also didn't like that the sea bottom and water are often covered in crushed shells and seaweed.Guest review bySuzana - 10.0

Ravenna is not too big, but has a very beautiful old city centre. The various basilisks are a must see if you ask me. Enough nice restaurants and bars available. The beach is clean and very wide. Ravenna surprised me in a very positive way.Guest review byWendyNetherlands - 10.0
