Beautiful, modern and simple brand new apartment with everything you need if you are visiting Paris as a couple or family with children. Very clean and comfortable with completely equipped kitchen for making family meals. Building and underground garage is well secured and there is an elevator you can use. 15 minute walking distance to Metro station and a charming neighborhood centre and also 5 minute walking distance to supermarket. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The property was quaint and with Paris traffic was about 20-25 minutes away the sites. Hotel staff was mostly friendly; price was decent and affordable for a midsized group of nearly half dozen. Staff accommodated a birthday surprise/treat! Easy luggage transport with a little area pull off area on side sidewalk for your car or cab to drop you off. Small balcony, if available was nice. With a breeze and 1-2 chairs, it was nice to be outside and take in the view

Even if it was on a Sunday, and you may know how difficult it is to get help on a Sunday in France, I had people reaching out to me on the phone and by email to make sure things were ok. A very kind employee let us in and let us park inside even if I still had to pay for it. Rooms were comfy, with a decent kitchenette and one had a loft with a double bed. Location with food stores and a boulangerie close by and a metro/bus nearby to move into Paris.

We stayed at the hotel for a week during our stay in Paris. Hotel staff is great, very helpful and supporting, whatever we needed they were there to help. they changed room as we were not satisfied from the first room we got, ordered a doctor for us when needed and arranged for us Taxi for airport in fair price. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Breakfast quality is very good although not much variety. I would recommend this hotel.

6 mins on foot to metro, great value for money for Paris. The property seems to be mainly a long term student accommodation but rents out some apartments as a hotel. Everything is quite basic but clean and really cheap for Paris. You can also make yourself a breakfast thanks to kitchenette if you are used to something more than le petit dejeuner in the morning and avoid standing in queue to one of very rare breakfast restaurants in Paris

The location is superb—easy walking distance to the Louvre and Orsay museums, and every walk is fascinating with unique shops, galleries and antique stores everywhere. It’s easy to choose good restaurants quite nearby also. Hotels are older and a bit more expensive in this area, but it’s worth it for a real Paris experience. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended!

The Location was amazing and the apartment was very spacious and cozy. It gave me Emily in Paris vibes with the typical French elevator. The balcony with view on Eiffel Tower is the cherry on top! The host was very nice and welcoming, answered all my questions and even suggested nice places for me to go. The decoration of the apartment was very tasteful and everything was clean and tidy. I definitely will book again !

As soon as we walked in, we loved the cozy and quaint feeling in the reception area. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our bed was so comfortable! It was hard to get out of bed but Paris was awaiting us!! Although our room was small, it had a very spacious bathroom and renovated shower. We loved the peace and tranquility we felt at the Hotel. We loved Hotel Muguet and hope to go back next year!

The Room had all the facilities needed, a very comfortable and clean room. Not much space in the room, however, the space was used very efficiently especially since you will not spend most of your day in the room. Very good location, close to numerous train stations, close to a few restaurants, and a good view of the streets of Paris. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and always happy to help.

Fantastic location!!!! Apartment is located in the close proximity (walking distance) to many main museums and sites. We felt very safe walking around at any time of the day or in the evening. There is lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do and see around this area. The host was very helpful. The apartment was small but it is to be expected in Paris .

We went there as a couple for four nights. The location was great. 20-25 minute walking distance to Louve museum. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part about the hotel was the hospitality of Alex who took care of us every time we need something. He was so polite and helpful. We would definitely stay at Hotel Peyris Opera visit Paris again.

The Grand Hôtel Du Palais Royal is a stunning boutique hotel. Its location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and despite our room facing the back lane, the view is still excellent. After all, Paris is beautiful everywhere! 😃 All the staff were fantastic and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

The rooms were very clean and quite large. The location was good enough to reach famous places of Paris by walk. Pompidou is just 15 minutes, Sacré-Cœur is 20 minutes by walk. The breakfast was good, with very good croissant and baguette. The orange drink was over an average hotel-breakfast orange juice.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. They allowed early check-in. The room and hotel were properly clean. Proper place for car parking. Easily connected to the main attractions. Proper breakfast was available at a reasonable price. Highly recommended and I love to stay again at hotelf1 Paris.

I can only say the best things about Hotel Yllen Eiffel. The receptionists were exceptional, generous and kind! They helped us find best places to eat and visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Paris! Great atmosphere, breakfast, location, and comfort!

The location is really awesome, the hotel is next to a giant supermarket and a metro/bus terminal station; with the metro you can reach the heart of Paris in 15 min. The kitchen was modern, and everything was clean and tidy. We even had a view of the Château of Vincennes from our window.

Location away from city but metro connectivity great in paris. hotel just at metro exit gate. room really clean. cleaning staff very good at her work. room basic but clean. you will do okay with the room dont exppect too much. room is pretty good size with big bathroom.

The hotel had an amazing atmosphere felt like I really was in old Paris. That was the lobby. The staff was super helpful Ocean helped me with the check in she made my day. She gave a super big room and I was able to check in at 9 am in the morning super happy with that .

Location is outstanding—Notre Dame across the Seine—very central location. Rooms were tiny (not usual for Paris) and the elevator was also tiny. Hotel lobby one flight up from street level. Good crepe restaurant just below. Booked it for the location!

Adorable boutique hotel in Paris near everything! Amazing staff, unique decor, great little balcony to breathe. Moreover, coffee n tea provisions was the best! Teo, Nabu n Priscilla offered great service in making our stay comfortable. Thank you.
