We loved everything about the hotel and the staff. Meriem was super helpful, right from day 1 to our last day of the trip. She helped us a lot during our stay. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience. The midday tea and cakes were amazing. We came back once in the afternoon only to try those cakes again. :D The rooms were comfy and clean. They have 'Rituals' amenities in the bathroom, which my wife loved.
