Hotels features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. + A nice new hotel located a bit "below" Plaza del Obradoiro and the Cathedral of Santiago. That means you are in the very centre of the city but in a quiet location. + Great staff: helpful, friendly and ready to talk to you (if you wish). + Good room: mine was rather small but the bed was big and extremely comfortable, I slept really well there. Quiet at night (the windows of my single room overlooked the inner yard). It's true that it's opposite the reception, so during the day you can hear some voices, but at night it's silent. There's a digital safety box (suitable for laptops) and a good Wi-Fi signal. + Breakfast (from 7.30): oh, these chocolate buns and croissants, especially chocolate buns... hot, fresh - OMG!))) Santiago cake was good as well. And lots of cut fruit: melon, kiwi, mango... Probably, those who like something like sausages and french fries for breakfast will be disappointed, but it's not my case. All in all, very positive emotions! Recommended!

I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Such a quiet location, room very quiet, our room was next to the lift which thought might be noisy but never heard it!! Best comfortable bed ever, and best shower EVER!! All staff from reception to the cleaners very friendly and courteous! Annie met us on arrival, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and gave many suggestions. Manuel a sweetie at breakfast serving :) All photos on Booking.com are a true reflection.
