The building is 1 km walking distance to the town center that for a peregrino used to walk more than 20 km, is nothing. Thank you Luis and your staff for this incredible stay!

Super friendly staff, very helpful and it felt like a welcoming environment to be in. Nice bar area and lounge area to chill out in. Everything was very clean and tidy and the hostel smelt nice of surf wax. Great location very close to the beach. Overall a great hostel to stay.
Excellent location on one of the quiet streets in the old town, a minute from the tram and 5 mins from the underground. Spacious apartment. Great host, checked we had arrived safely and we able to access the apartment. Tip, get a Barik card, much cheaper than paying individual fares for travelling about.

This is a charming apartment 20 minutes from the city center, exceptionally clean, spacious, perfectly conceived to offer privacy, independence and quietness. In a very safe neighborhood, very green, quiet and pleasant. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a shorter or longer stay: kitchenware, flat screen TV, Internet connection. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, very careful to our needs. We felt great and had a wonderful time in Oviedo. Thank you!
This is a not to be missed hotel. Great host, lovely quiet location. Hope too many people don't find out about it and spoil the lovely peaceful place. Such a change from being woken up in the early hours in city centre hotels. Can't recommend it too highly.
Great location; both beaches, old town and new city centre and train/bus station were reachable by foot within max 15 min. Host Pablo was lovely, he gave us a map of the city with suggestions of things to do and a list of his favourite bars and restaurants (including vegetarian options). Accomodation was quiet and very clean, and rooms pretty cool even on the hotter days.
The location of the pension is perfect, just inside the old town, within a minutes walk of all the restaurants and bars. Our room had a lovely view over a square with a glimpse of the bay. Several terrasse cafes by the hotel front door where we had coffee and croissants for breakfast. Traditional building with modern lift installed within a charming old lift cage. Our hostess was welcoming and informative on a number of matters, such as recommending a restaurant that would be open mid-afternoon, and how to get a cheaper rate on our car-park.
Location, very good for visiting the city. Quiet place, even though it is in the city centre. We couldn't use the apartment we booked so the hosts gave us a bigger one for a cheaper price.
