The view from the apartments is lovely - classic Whitsundays. You can only glimpse the sunset from here but the daytime view is lovely. The resort pool is pretty good but even better is the public pool next to the beach below the apartments - or the sea at high tide. There are only a few places to eat very nearby but the shops are only a 10 minute walk away and there is also a free public shuttle that comes every 15 minutes. The apartments themselves are very clean and comfortable, with full kitchens.

The receptionist when we checked in was amazing. I think her name was Hailene. She was so sympathetic as we were on our honeymoon and just had our flights to Sydney via Brisbane cancelled due to the cyclone hence had to extend our stay in Whitsundays. She was so lovely, made us feel welcome and even upgraded our room. Overall the hotel was very clean, the pool was lovely and relaxing. Very comfy couch and beds. Plus point is its approx a 7 minute walk to the town and away from the noice in the night.

What a treat was Mirage and Airlie Beach... truly one of the most wonderful vacations ever - the people at the hotel are absolutely charming and accommodating, genuinely interested in treating you like family, organising trips and basically trying to anticipate their guest's every single whim! Then add the Whitsundays in the mix... nothing can beat Paradise, can it! Thank you to Charlie and the team at The Mirage, we will cherish our memories for many years to come.

Loved the location and the views from the balcony are amazing. It rained a lot whilst we were there, but the balcony was well protected and you could still sit outside watching the world go by and also enjoy the ever-changing colour palette of the stunning Whitsundays, even when it was pouring. Comfy couches that were made for stretching out on, the apartment was very relaxing and had a welcoming, homey feel that put you at ease at once.

I absolutely loved our stay at Elysian, everything was perfect. The staff in particular were always going above and beyond, personal customer service. I barely saw my glass empty, very attentive. In particular a big thank you to Lily and Tracey thank you for making our stay so comfortable and making our trip to the Whitsundays come true. The food was incredible, forever changing menu. The helicopter transfer was also a highlight.

This Hostel is literally so amazing. From Check in to Check out it was a perfect stay. I stayed here for my boat trip to the Whitsundays and I couldn’t imagine it to be better. The facilities are super clean, there are events on to socialise every evening & the bartender Max was mixing amazing cocktails! I felt very welcome and the staff was always very helpful and professional. I would definitely come back! 10/10

We loved everything, the apartment, the view, the and the pool. The surrounding environment is beautiful and relaxing and offers great walks. The owner was amazing and engaging. Having a car or renting a car is important to experience the surrounding towns and locations. The port offers opportunities to explore the beauty of the Whitsundays.

The apartment was the perfect size with lots of space for all guests. From the balcony we had a beautiful view out to the Whitsundays. The facilities were very good, we used the barbecues, pools and gyms. They were all very clean. The television was huge and the sofas were very comfy. Air conditioning and fans in every room was great.

Our stay was outstanding and the view from our apartment out to the Whitsundays was stunning. Sharon was extremely helpful. The day we arrived, our Whitsundays tour was cancelled. Sharon arranged a replacement tour for us that was amazing! We would book a stay here again without any hesitation. Highly recommend!

The view from the balconay was amazing, watching the sun come up or down while looking out over the Whitsundays was lovely. Also the wildlife flying around as you are so high up was brilliant. Also the pool infinity edge being able to watch the world go by was lovely.

Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent room with ocean view and a separate sitting room. Hotel within walking distance to pubs and shops. A great quiet alternative place to stay to visit the Whitsundays. Enjoyed it very much, would stay there again.

Best view I've ever had from a balcony! You can see right over Airlie Beach and out to the Whitsundays. The apartment was excellent, best we stayed in in Australia.

The apartment was clean and spacious with views of the Whitsundays. The inclusion of a golf buggy with the room was a great bonus.

While not as bougie as the Hayman Island Resort, there is a lot to do at this resort. There are 2 restaurants on the island and the food options include an asian restaurant and a burger and pizza type of place. But vegetarian options available too and a small gift shop in the main lobby. But the key thing is the amazing activities to do on the resort (swimming with stingrays, live reef, sunset beach area behind with a rainforest pathway too to hike, sailing lessons that can be done from the island and scubadiving from island. The island has two sides, one for day trip and one for people staying. Big pools to swim in plus beach side. Great views. Easy to access port to go to reef or white haven tours as well as snorkeling tours or back to mainland to airlie beach or hamilton island. Walaroos are cute as anything on the island and you can feed them apples and bread and rice etc. like they are your pet dog. The cockatoos too. There was also paint and sip and other activities as well. Very family friendly. There is an underwater observatory room(an aquarium of sorts) and morning yoga in that room. there is also a kids section and other such aquariums throughout. It is beautiful paradise

EVERYTHING it was such an amazing experience. The service from when we landed at the airport. We didn’t ever had to pick up our bags they took care of that. The service. The tours. The food the view the room. Everything was such good excellent. I loved all the experience. Private beach, the kangaroos (a familiar animal to the them) run free at all the island

Wonderful resort with exceptionally clean facilities. There is lots on offer and family friendly.
