The pool is heated and provides a perfect space to spend an afternoon. Our dog, Maddi, was welcomed and able to go everywhere, which is such a rarity for hotels in Portugal. Breakfast was consistently delicious during our stay. My husband had the pork cheeks for dinner via room service and was very impressed! Thank you to the owners for creating such a lovely space for us to stay.

Set in Monsaraz, in a historic building, 200 metres from Monsaraz Castle, Casa Dona Antonia - Monsaraz is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with pool with a view and garden. The property has pool and garden views, and is 48 km from Ducal Palace of Vila Viçosa. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. The location was absolutely amazing! Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Most likely one of the most interesting and memorable places we’ve visited. Views off the terrace are stunning and walking through the old town of Monsaraz was surreal. Felt like time was trying to stand still.
