We especially enjoyed the pool which was a combo indoor/outdoor which was very cool. You can tell that this place attracts fun guests as everyone was talkative and pleasant to be around. Bed was uber comfortable and the room facilities were exquisite. We would love to stay here again when we return to Porto.

Modern and urban hotel with beautiful interior design. Our room on the first floor was very spacious with the magical view overlooking Luis Bridge. Food was AMAZING! From the delicious breakfast to lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant. Great spot when you want to soak up the Porto view. The staff was always at our service, very attentive, checking if we need something. They gave us some great recommendations about places to visit, where to go to beach and which bars has the best view at the Atlantic ocean. Tranquility Water Lounge was so beautiful and relaxing. You can book your time slot. I was in the morning and I had entire pool for myself! They are a small luxury hotel but very friendly and approachable. If you are into books, lots of great books around the hotel. Fashion, art, culture, design, you name it. I will definitely come back!

I would love a bedroom and bathroom at home like this. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were especially accommodating. We had a very early flight before the breakfast room was open. They went out of their way to prepare delicious breakfast boxes for us and delivered them to the room at 6 am. Great customer service!

From here it's a short walk to most of the major sights and the 'action' near the river, and the metro and buses very closeby make everywhere accessible! The hotel itself was very pleasant and quiet, very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with many options [even if you don't eat meat]. The pool and spa were SO relaxing and a great way to unwind. The main plus was the absolutely wonderful staff: everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and informative! Rui, Claudia, Ricardo and our attentive waiter Phillip were all great -- anticipating our needs, offering assistance and making valuable suggestions -- but there were also many others whose names I didn't get, but were just as cheery, pleasant, and always helpful!
