There was a hurricane forecast on Monday, and the owner comes to cut down trees the night before to avoid accidents. The overall stay experience was great. Excellent location, very convenient to the beach and and scenic spots.

The breakfast was very nice but even more than expected as Frederique made up a take-away for me as I had to catch the early morning ferry to Guernsey. She even walked to the Boulangerie with me on the way to the ferry to get fresh croissant.
