The staff and the hotel are just excellent, the grounds and Chateau are amazing. Staff have attention to detail such as they'd put the Air Con on hours before we arrived at our room, with 36c temps, it was awesome to walk into a cool room. The staff were super-friendly & helpful, although it's location means you'd ideally need to drive anywhere (nearest village is not a safe walk on the main road), we've never felt the need to leave the place when using their amazing restaurant. We stayed mainly because of the restaurant, and it didn't disappoint us a 2nd time we've stayed here. We stayed at 8 hotels in 8 nights and this is probably the best, and ironically one of the cheapest - it's such good value. The pool was a perfect temperature too.
